Me and my son went out for tea, service was great. Really friendly.The food was really good. Lovely flavours. Chips were really good as well lol.It is a bring your own booze restaurant. So if you want a drink ? bring it.They have cans of pop available.

Love Taaj. Always use these guys for food. Ordered chicken Jalfrezi tonight but was way too hot. Phoned them to explain and they straight away sent another curry out. Thank you so much Taaj ?Will keep on using you guys x

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years to this restaurant Until my last visit Were, unfortunately we have to complain about the food to the restaurant owner After receiving the bill we paid the bill and left. Very disappointed. On our arrival home we realise we have been overcharged From what we normally would pay I’ve been questioned the bill, the restaurant owner contact with myself regarding the food explaining they’ve got a kitchen issues no offer of a refund will not be attending this restaurant in the future. You’ve lost a loyal customer yeah

Decided spur of the moment to book a table late on a Sunday evening. They were totally accommodating in spite of it being 8.15pm. the restaurant was clean and tidy, the front of house staff were friendly and accommodating. Really decent food for the price, two curries, two starters and a naan came to £23 which for the quality in this day and age I really don't think is bad. I had ordered king prawns, one of the most expensive options and it was still under £10. Will definitely be returning.

Great little gem . We was recommended this place by our friends . So glad we tried the curry’s . Best curry around huddesfield area we’ve been to. Had chicken n spinach and a Balti Dish recommended by the chef ???. So tasty hot propa curry. Would highly recommend Taaj restaurant. The staff so friendly had a good laugh with the staff .

Great restaurant. Staff couldn't be more helpful and the food was delicious. The takeaway food is equally delicious and always delivered with a smile.Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious food to suit all tastes

I phoned the day before to see if they catered for celiacs (gluten free) and the gentleman seem really nice and stated they did, however just ask on arrival. Unfortunately we got stuck with an older man who's waiter skills was very poor. He was very helpful and I felt like I was a inconvenience. He told me to "just eat it ull be fine". I informed him it isn't a choice its not good for my health in which he stated his family have gluten free and they have the poppadoms and are fine. I asked if they are fried in the same oils as foods containing gluten and he just srugged his shoulders and said i dont know ? This made me feel isolated and a nuisance. He didn't know about food contamination nor wasn't Interested. I won't bother again. Its ashame because the other staff seemed nice. Just ashame we got stuck with him who had a very strange sense of humour and poor customer service skills. I don't know why he works there because clearly he is bored and uninterested.
