Typical spoons pub, cheap n cheerful. Just don't look too closely at the grime at the foot of of the table, the skirting boards, the backs of toilet doors ... the place could do with a deep clean, it's filthy!

Asked for a Very well done Steak , got medium... found plastic in my meal packaging.. Didn't complain as didn't have patience to wait as it was very busy , Nobody asked us if everything was ok ...Arrived 11.30am Today whilst Christmas Shopping. Normally Couldn't Complain Been a Regular at These chains of pubs .

My friends and I was having a drink and a laugh when a man launched himself at me and grabbed my handbag!! Lucky for me lord Nelson and employed a hero!! The bar man was cleaning the tables by us saw what was happening and springed in to action he grabbed the man and grabbed the handbag of him throwing it to me and marched the man out stating we are not having that in this pub !! I was so relieved I cried but so grateful at how amazing the bar man was. So kind also checking my friends and I was safe even offered to see we was OK leaving

Usual Wetherspoon, with the usual Wetherspoon fayre. This is one of two Wetherspoons in Huddersfield. This one is the quietest of the two. Spacious inside, but can be extremely busy at peak times. Food was nice and the staff were friendly.

What makes the place is the fantastic quiz host, Gareth. His quizzes are the sole reason I go to Wetherspoons as entertaining and witty he is, hes just as much of an educator
Nice pub to visit in my opinion the only thing that lets it down it's not very consistent heating wise one day it's nice and warm and then the next day you can be freezing very pleasant and helpful staffWheelchair accessibility: All on one level including the Disabled toilets

Lovely bar staff, , also nice and clean :)The food is always spot on and comes out quickly.Overall a great experience would recommend to family and friends to come back again!

There was a total of 6 people in our party, we all ordered within minutes of each other, 1 meal came out fairly quickly, but the rest of the food was at least 20 minutes later, I ordered the smothered chicken, which is chicken, with bacon, barbecue sauce and cheese, I asked mine without bacon, but it only came with the sauce.. When I asked a member of staff I was told that the chicken was coated with the sauce and the cheese, then put in the microwave... I wasn't happy with that fact, but when I told him there was definitely no cheese on my chicken I was told to go to the bar, and they would put a cheese slice on the top of it... A cheese slice ?, I was disgusted by that commentI don't expect to pay for a meal, only to find out that the cheapest way of making it, and actually microwaving it is doneI will definitely not be returning
