The food was alright. It wasn’t great but it was good. I wouldn’t say the price matches the quality but it’s not bad food.Small mistakes were made with our order but the staff were really kind and helpful to quickly rectify them.We ordered burgers, but got the wrong chips with one order and missed the bacon off the other. No biggie but not what you expect for a £11-12 burger meal.The service we received from the wait staff was really good, can’t fault them at all.However the food could do with improvement. Can’t complain about the portions though.

Me and my Partner visited this pub after a leaving the Odeon Cinima. The Pub was fairly quiet yet we waited 15minutes to get served as the Bar Staff Lounge about, and were more interested what was on there Phones than serving customers, ( Please see your CCTV for this pub between 7:45pm and 8:05pm, eventially after one of the Catering Staff insisted for a secondtime to a Fellow Staff member wearing |Long Green wth long Brown |Hair were we served!,I have to say that most staff we encounted here were polite,but the Bar Staff were SHOCKING!, having coming from leeds and being used to polite and well trained staff this was a shocker for us, please do have a word with the staff and stress the importance of good customer service.

Very disappointed with the portion size and content. Thai curry contained about 3 small chunks of sweet potato, 3 small pieces of pepper and a couple of mange tout. Mostly sauce and rice. Curry was tasty but lacking in solids. Drinks were shocking. Nearly £8 for a pint of Pepsi and a pint of lemonade and lime. Nice decor and service was quick but won't really rush back.

lovely family meal had here. There was a bit of a wait on food because it was busy but Shane who served us had already told us about the wait and the food came sooner than we expected and it was lovely. Best burger I've had in ages
Went for a family meal before the football. Food was amazing and a great price. Served by Matthew, who was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed

My friend and I are both gluten free and I managed to order a burger which was lovely and took half home for tea! But my friend really fancied mac and cheese and ended up eating off the normal menu!! I and she are intolerant rather than allergic and she really enjoyed it so thank you to the staff who were all very friendly and helpful ?Dietary restrictions: There was a separate menu with gf options which was great but no pasta unfortunately ?Wheelchair accessibility: I have a wheeled walker and it was all accessible from the table to the toilet

Server took us straight to the table asking if it was ok. Explained the ordering system and what food was limited/sold out. All staff very pleasant throughout.Food came piping hot in a fairly short period of time despite being told on arrival that the kitchen was a bit slower than normal!Can’t fault the visit, food or staff.

We have eaten at the Yorkshire Rose numerous times. The food is always great quality at affordable prices. They always keep up to date with seasonal decorations to create a warm and welcoming enviroment. We decided to use the Yorkshire Rose for a celebration for a baby shower and the manager was more than accommodating and allowed us to bring decorations into the pub. All the staff are attentive and helpful with making food and drink choices. We will always use the Yorkshire rose for all/any occasion.
