A simple 2 pizza order, rushing and not listening to my order, repeating my address to make sure he got it correct, quoted 30 mins (I'm happy with a little extra time), but the hour late I called back to make sure he got the correct address, again rushed off the phone (driver on his way), turned up over cooked and not hot (not using those heat bags) Just Eat receipt in hand (I ordered over the phone not via Just Eat), the delivery charge crossed out and double what was stated on their website, questioned it and got stupid excuses....telephoned back to double check and again got silly excuses...not worth the hassle, won't be using again, poor service & poor quality of food.

I have had some bad curry’s over the years but this was by far the worst, we ordered and paid online, after realising we ordered wrong I phoned them to alter it within 5 mins of ordering, they was extremely rude saying I couldn’t change it, and he then proceeded with a load of abuse to me often using f#cling during the conversation, the curry turned up 10 mins later, the chips where cold and the curry was just awful and not edible at all. Never use again and no wonder they have such bad ratings

Ordered through JustEast, order came without the kids meal and only half the chapattis ordered. Phoned up for balance of order which never came. Shame, used to be good.

We have just had a takeaway from Adams Balti in Liversedge and it went in the bin as it tasted awful, we will never order from there again!

Waited over 3 hour delivery and still a know show... had to make a visit to the shop and still very rude staff and nowhere near making our delivery!!! Very poor staff and poor delivery!!! Will never order again!!!

1 hour after ordering food on the website I rang their store, claimed didn't receive the order but managed to find on system, told it would be 20 minutes, arrived 40 minutes after call. Order was wrong, they completely ignored the requests, which you have to order your salad and sauces in. Rang again, told I would have a new kebab sent out within 10 minutes, now been 20 minutes and no sign of new food. 2 hours after my initial order. Used to be such a good takeaway.

So the name has been changed but the food is the worst I've ever dropped in the bin, I only live within walking distance but still got it delivered as I had family round. It arrived in about a hour & border line cold, I rang to complain but all I got was a sorry & told I could have 20% off next order.. No thanks to that..

Ordered a take away last night and it was horrendous. Took him 10 minutes of ringing me to find my house baring in mind it’s a 2 minute drive up the road. Got here and was obviously cold, was hungry so ate it anyway. Got the barberque chicken wrap for it to turn up not in a wrap and actually in a chapatti. So I thought I would eat the chicken inside and thank god I did open it up to find a massive hair amongst the chicken. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THERE. vile.
