Stopped for some chips after working in the cold and rain all morning. Lasses behind the counter were good craic & surprisingly (have had chippy all over the country & used to live on the coast) these were the best chippy chips I’ve ever had. Couldn’t have been any better.

Was on my way to the Golden Fish when I noticed Blues was open. First visit and was not impressed. Fish batter was undercooked but mushy peas nice. Gave it a try but won't visit

Fish & chips have got expensive these days and Blues Fish Bar certainly does not buck this trend, and is on the top end of what I would consider acceptable for prices. The food is good though and service is quick and friendly.

With all prices creeping up, we use blues not only as it's local and the best fish and chips in the area, guaranteed to have a nice treat. . Staff friendly, parking.. Fish are cooked as you request your order, so always warm and freshly cooked..
