Went for a family meal out.All 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed it.The service was excellent and the various meals individuals had were delicious. We will definately be going again.Food & drinks: All were value for money.

First time here, it's lovely, only had a drink but definitely going back go try the food. Quiet but then it was 7.30pm on a Tuesday. Lovely lady member of staff, very helpful.

Fatal.very slow and super expensive.Doesn't do justice to the price and service.I was seated at table number 18 or 15, I don't remember well. But we were 8 people and a baby. The table was oval.

Went for tribute band and 3 course set menu. Worse meal I've ever had . Thought I would play safe and have the vegetarian meal. Butternut squash and spinach bake. Burnt bread crumbs on top. Dry butternut squash and spinach underneath no sauce. Tasted like stewed overcooked kept warm veg. Asked them to change it. Came back with nk bread crumbs but melted cheese on top.with the same vegetables. Pork was over cooked and dry. Asked for extra gravy and it came like clear dirty water. By this time feeling hungry we had dessert..you guessed it cheaper than a value range cheesecake. I asked to speak to the manager. His response was what do you expect for the price it's not home cooking you know. I was lost for.words. We left and the table behind did as well. Will not return. When you see something cheap it's cheap for a reason ?Food & drinks: Appalling

Had Christmas Dinner there yesterday as we have done for the past 7 or 8 years, only this time we were met by a man who seemed to have anger issues (landlord) and then when our dinner finally did arrive the portions were minuscule..1 pig(s) in blanket, 3 or 4 sprouts, 1tbls of carrots a few roast potatoes, no Yorkshire puddings and hardly any gravy whatsoever. Needless to say we won't be going there again.

Christmas day lunch was absolutely awful; extremely slow service, the meal was tastless ( burnt roast beef and yorkshire pudding and soggy vegetables) and as it had to be paid for in advance ( no excuse not to have more waiting staff working.) I felt like we were held hostage. I would never eat there again!

If I could award minus stars, I would ,. 7 of us booked for Christmas day lunch and it's the worst food and service experience myself and family have EVER suffered. Food took an age to arrive, was not worth the money. Veg soggy and tasteless, roast potatoes anaemic, stuffing balls could be used as bullets. Plates not cleared between courses.. I could go on. But won't have enough space in this box. I would have been embarrassed as a member of management team, iv had better £10 carverys.
