We popped in at lunch time and managed to get the last table. Despite it being busy we were served quickly and the staff were very friendly. The food was excellent!

Love indie coffee shops and Arlo is by far our favourite. Superb coffee, breakfast/brunch options and cakes all from high quality ingredients and a treat for the eyes as much as for the taste buds. The staff is absolutely superb, attentive and welcoming, always beautiful chemistry between them - thank you all ????. Recommend 100%.

Fantastic locally roasted coffee (North Star) with staff skilled in making very tasty drinks. Food is consistently excellent. I’ve sampled the majority of the menu and everything is delicious. All staff are very friendly and attentive. Could not recommend more highly.

Friendly cafe with nice food and coffee. But the music was too loud and boomy for such a small space.

Amazing local cafe! 10/10 coffee, tasty cakes and incredible food. But slightly on the expensive side for food. Always a beautifully decorated floral door. Wonderful staff and service.

I'm already a huge Arlo fan & visit regularly as I live nearby. I chose Arlo to supply an afternoon tea style buffet lunch for friends who came to my house to celebrate my birthday. Everything was absolutely delicious and it was beautifully presented. The ordering process was easy too, I was supplied with a choice of sandwiches of which I chose 3 varieties and 2 types of yummy cakes and also home made incredible sausage rolls. Everyone was wowed and I could enjoy the experience as I didn't need to worry about the food. The selection was generous and top notch. Highly recomended.

Great place, wonderful food and epic coffee in a surrounding that is both cosy and cool. The staff are awesome, so engaging and lovely. Thanks Nikki and the team for giving BiW a quality breakfast/lunch and quick coffee stop. I will be back!

Visited here twice on Sunday. Stopped in for an iced latte after a walk to the weir. Very nice coffee and exactly what I needed after a walk in the sun. After another long walk we decided to get some food here. We both had the hot ciabatta. I had the 'hot honey salami' which had salami, sun dried tomato, melted cheese and honey drizzle. My wife had the 'Arlo club' which had chicken, bacon, gruyère cheese, tomato, lettuce, garlic and mayo. Both ciabattas were really good. Nice quality bread, plenty of fillings and lovely taste. They both came with salad which was really just some leaves with dressing on. Although the food was really really nice, at that price it would have been good if they came with some chips. Afterwards we got a piece of Bakewell cake, and a salted caramel brownie sandwich to take away. Both of these were also very nice. Service was very nice and friendly. Would definitely visit again if we're in the area.

Really looked after me. I had been at a friend's for a few drinks, ended up finding this place in the early hours of the morning, let me in early as they could see I was cold. I got a coffee and a butty whilst waiting for my lift. Very nice and friendly.

I've got two reviews in one here, both wildly different in feel but equally fair. First one was when I turned up before 3pm (their closing time) I had a wonderful time of it. Coffee was bloody delicious, the music was toe tappingly.... nice and the decor was a real treat for the eyes. But the second one, the bloody second one I arrived at 3.15pm (they close at 3) I said ere giz a flat white, and make it snappy!! She chucked cafiza in my eyes but sold me a cake for me to eat on my journey to a&e. Can't say fairer than that, no complaints, would recommend to a friend.

A wonderful little jem situated just beside Iron Row. It's the best place in Burley to enjoy an excellent coffee, a friendly service and a chilled out atmosphere. Both the interior design and the edibles are beautifully decorated and equally matched in taste. What a fine asset to the village.
