Given these guys so many chances not once have they been half decent.Price differs for the same order every time £2-£3 difference every time.Found plastic in sand which beforeJust ordered three eggs and a toast again.Came with more oil than egg. Can’t seem to understand what a well done egg is.The single toast I ordered.Have told them before about the issues they didn’t do anything about it just sorry. Every one working there seems to look like they don’t want to be there. So much hot oil in my last order it had burnt through the burger box they use as containers.Last time I’ll be ordering. Need new staff with a bit more brain.

My wife and I have just enjoyed a delightful and very filling Afternoon Tea, it tasted even better in the sunshine in the lovely rear garden.A wonderful variety of 4 different sandwiches, pork pie, beef pasty, sausage roll and scotch egg. Then followed a selection of various cakes and scones with jam and cream.Plus there was plenty left over, so it was promptly boxed up for us to enjoy tonight.

Myself and my husband called in for breakfast this morning. What a pleasant atmosphere to sit and eat lovely food. Couldn't fault it at all. We will be back.Highly recommended.

Nigella's expertly provided their Sutton buffet for a relatives wake this week. I have never seen people return 3 and 4 times for a buffet before but they were. It went down a storm. The sandwiches were beautiful and I think about 7 different fillings, several different savoury pastries like pork pie and quiche and a selection of cakes and scones. It was all very fresh, presented beautifully and was delicious. One of the quiches even had a layer of caramelised onion something I'd never had or seen anywhere else. I would highly recommend them and am looking forward to dropping back the trays and have breakfast.

Today my wife and I took my granddaughter for an afternoon tea, a treat for her 14th birthday. We chose the £22 per person option and paid £32.98 COMPULSORY deposit. We had seen the great reviews and travelled from Monk Fryston to Morley. Quite a journey but we thought it would be a great treat for all of us. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly welcoming lady and our table was set ready. She very promptly served a large pot of tea and a coke. Our afternoon tea arrived on two lovely stands. Sadly, we had lots of sandwiches but they lacked filling. Not to be deterred we left the sandwiches and attempted to try the scones. We cut them open and established they were hard and dry. We could not eat them. My wife asked for assistance and when she tried to explain we were not happy with the afternoon tea, she was told only the manager could help but she was only available by telephone. The assistant very promptly made the call to the manager. Sadly after expressing our disappointment, the manager started to shout. My wife asked her not to shout but she continued. My wife was quite upset because our complaint was not being dealt with and to be honest we were still hungry. She handed the phone back to the assistant and we all left the cafe. £32.98 for tea, a can of coke and a few poor finger sandwiches, this was a very costly and bad experience We do not want this to happen to anyone else. We were not expecting ‘The Ritz’ just a fresh tasty Yorkshire afternoon tea. My wife and I are OAP’s and like everyone we need to watch our budget. I’m sure the manager will reply promptly to this review and sadly will not offer an apology or refund because customer service is non existent at this place.

Absolutely amazing service, the gentlemen went above and beyond I had my 1 year old and mum and grandma and he kept coming to entertain my daughter as she loved listening to him haha! Food was great as usual, love the outdoor seating area. Thank you again for your amazing service x

*AVOID*. After 1.5 hours of waiting they cancelled my order. I asked them why and they simply said they didn’t get round to it. Asked why they accepted my order if they where so busy. She couldn’t give me a satisfactory answer. Also big attitude over the phone. Clearly this place is run by incompetent staff who cannot time manage.##On the back of Nigellas reply##I was told by your MANAGER who was working on the day. She came across as being very harassed and rushed. I was told by her that they where over run with orders and that SHE cancelled the order herself through the justeat system. She never mentioned anything about her calling just eat and asking them for advice. Also I was tracking this order from begging to end and YOU accepted the order as soon as I placed it. Then a courier was assigned with in 5 mins. They turned up and you turned them away (on the first call I made to you, one of your staff confirmed that YOU turned them away) due to not even starting my order. I saw the courier drive away. A different courier was then assigned. They turned up to your shop and at that point my order was cancelled by YOU (confirmed when I then spoke to your manager after the cancellation to see what the hell is going on). So not much of an investigation then!!!!! Your team have clearly lied to you about what happened.Yes we did use you for our morning breaky often. But after how all this went down this time. It was enough for me to cut ties with you. The staff member on the first call was rude when answering the phone, didn’t know what she was talking about half the time. The second call to your “manager” was just as bad, rude rushed and just wanted me off the phone. No sorry no empathy about my situation just explained what SHE had chose to do.So in conclusion, STILL AVOID AT ALL COSTS. they clearly lie to save there backs. If they would have called me to say it’s going to be very late or I can cancel the order sooner then that would have been better customer service. But they all knew they where over run and under staffed and just let my order fall by the wayside. Like it meant nothing.

A nice clean place with nice staff.I didn't't enjoy breakfast. Everything was ok and hot but nothing really had any flavour. I can't really explain why. It must be the ingredients they use. It's not to my taste. The place is clean and tidy but was very warm, uncomfortably so. There are far too many tables crammed into a small area. I really don't like it when I'm essentially sat with strangers.I think it's worth a try. You might enjoy it more than I did.

Someone recommended nigellas to me, so came here today for my birthday. We had afternoon tea and I have to say it was outstanding. We were all really happy with the amount of food, we even took some away. I was also pleased with the tea, usually when you get tea in a pot you get a cup and half of tea. There were 3 of us and got 3 cups of tea each out of 1 pot, you can also ask for more if required. I will deffo be coming back here and recommending to everyone I know.
