Resteraunt nicely decorated but after that terrible dirty stairs and loo .. waiter was rude when I asked to pay bill CASH ONLY no indication this was the case just said go to cash machine. My food was ok my wife's was half left as not a nice biriani defo will never go again. We were not asked if all was OK or thanked for our visit.

Staff so bloody rude, went to pay by card but told cash only which wasn't advertised in the restaurant. When we left, there was no thank you,good night or thank you for coming from any of the staff... We don't go out and pay good money for a disrespectful evening....And the food isn't that exciting either...

Great food and service. It’s a bring your own alcohol drinks (if your wanting alcohol). Really good value for quality/money. Cash only so remember to visit the ATM before going in.

We had a great meal here at a reasonable cost. We was surprised that alcoholic beverages aren’t served here but you can take your own which we never realised as it didn’t seem to be advertised anywhere outside/inside the restaurant. Also take cash as they don’t accept cards.

I used to highly regard "Spice Lounge" as one of the better takeaways in Leeds, but my last few orders have been terrible. I hadn't ordered in a while, but thought I'd give them another chance this evening, 2nd August, spending £50 on food. I asked for one lamb madras extra meat, extra garlic, and one vindaloo. Instead, I' received one lamb and one chicken, both vindaloo, hardly any meat, instead bulked up with potato, and couldn't taste any garlic whatsoever. Called to complain, and was basically called a liar regarding the meat content, or lack of. I counted 7 pieces of chicken, and several pieces of potatoe in what was supposed to be a madras despite asking for extra meat and saying I'm happy to pay extra. The guy I spoke to was rude and said well you've ordered quite a lot of food there. Well I am sorry fella, I'd have thought you'd be happy with a big order, and it should not make any difference how much I've ordered. It doesn't give you a right to send the cheaper option, namely chicken, and with very minimal content. The last time I ordered, the portions were horrendous, and the time before that. Surplus to say I won't be ordering from you again, I'll stick with Lalas or collect from Akbars on the headrow. I wouldn't mind, I gave your driver a £4 tip for the privilege of being ripped off. Won't be happening again!

Was nice, gone up in price since last time but it is understandable with the cost of living.Various dishes to choose from.The pickle tray was a tad disappointing, did find the mango chutney a tad runny that usual but was still worth it.They work in a cash hand only basis but you can however take your own alcohol, as they do not provide this on their drinks menu.

Loved it we usually go to a n other curry house close by but we will probably share our business now as you can have a few beers in Morley before and after your meal. Unfortunately unlicensed but a cheap bottle of plonk from Moggys makes for a bargain curry.

-this is hands down the worst Indian I’ve ever had, I’ve honestly had better curry’s in a jar.Chips were ok ….If you like a really good Indian and know your food, trust me stay clear!

Didn't ask if we wanted pickle tray.. got naans mixed up, wanted to order more drinks, no one asked us.. we waited a good while to order anything..I'd heard good review about this place so very disappointed.No point even complaining as it was hard push to get staff attention
