No hot drinks, no chicken dinner, no steak pie dinner, no bottled water, no condiments, ended up with cottage pie dinner, pictures of what it was supposed to look like and actual dinner also cold

Rude staff, poorly stocked shelves and second rate food in cafe. It seems hard work for anyone in this store to serve you. There are only a few exceptions to this. Awful place

Brownie tasted cheap and plain. Too much food put on plate. Fairly quiet and nearly empty, was hard to find the cafe at first.

I really do try to keep all reviews positive, however, after visiting the Dewsbury Road café at Morrison’s and being thoroughly disappointed with the luke warm, poor quality cheap food & slow service I thought I’d give benefit of the doubt and try the Rothwell Morrisons Café. Equally bland, tasteless cheap products. Over 25 mins wait in what was essentially an empty cafe…. I do not recommend.PS I appreciate the food is absolutely lathered in condiments however, I had to do something to make this food palatable ?

Fruit and veg at this store are disgusting only last 2 days at most four out of six eggs are always cracked they say there trying to save us money but in reality it costs us twice as much buying fresher and better fruit and veg again from Aldi and the staff at Morrisons rothwell all look miserable and not friendly at all shame it used to be a great store but now gone downhill very fast since take over

how can you justify charging £3 for 300g of your own brand risotto rice, when sainbury's charge £1.80 for 500g? you only have that 1 option.

Waited till i walked in store new nothing about this order, told me just to cancel it! Staff rude and unhelpful some manager hidden out of the way cancelled the order while i was stood there!!! Walked 2 miles to get this then 2 miles back in pouring rain feeling humiliated and bloody livid. Staff were so rude and unhelpful...NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONISE THIS STORE

Would have been 0 if possible. Ordered a cheese toastie and it was disgusting! Super greasy, way too much cheese and overall horrible! Also, ordered cheese and ham and only got cheese. Would understand if it was busy but I was the only one who ordered.will never return.

Went to morrisons cafe In Rothwell and really did not enjoy my anemic mushrooms or my unfried tomatoe also felt awful for percy pig who was practically still oinking round my plate, will not be coming again, only gave 1 star as wouldn't allow 0.. would definitely rather spend my 7 pound odd on a chocolate coffee cup!

If the Management of this store want it to go under then they heading exactly the right way. I was told this morning at 08.40am that I could not be served by a member of staff anywhere in Market Street. They said it didn't open until 09.00am. For anyone who doesn't know the store Market Street has a Fish Counter, a Deli counter, a Bakery and a Butchers. I wanted to buy some smoked fish. They had it pre-packed but I prefer it off the normally excellent fish counter. So I went back only to be told there wasn't any smoked fish. "They haven't sent any " was the reason. I then had a similar experience at the Deli where the bloke decided to serve me. He then picked up a pork pie with his bare hands and popped it in a bag ! I asked for Ox Tongue only to be told "We haven't non today" What no Ox Tongue on a Deli counter ? Its a store that would be under pressure in any normal trading environment but as we know Supermarkets generally put all the smaller shops out of business until they establish a monopoly. Thats what happened here except we do have a choice of an Aldi. Its too small though to warrant individual counters so everything is pre packed. Purely by coincidence my bank sent me an email yesterday asking if I knew how much I spent monthly at Morrisons. It was more than I though but it will be considerably less in future.

My husband used to enjoy a breakfast 2 or 3 times a week, but we don't eat there anymore as the coffee is so vile. We go elsewhere now, shame as the staff have always been lovely.
