Often doesn't have bread, cookies or anything in the drink dispenser. New workers are incompetent, old ones were perfect.Mailed me coupons which didn't work, had to use points, spent 5 minutes on the phone in front of me WHILE FOOD WAS HOT calling a manager that didn't know how to use their own system.And when I complained I got an email saying they appreciate the feedback, offered no resolution at all.Food was cold by time I got home (literally 3 minutes)Disappointing service.Also since they opened deliveroo, very very busy and slow.

Been in three times now throughout December and for the third time they have had no bread. How can subway not have any bread, beyond a joke

1 staff, not her fault. She couldn't keep up with demand. No bread options but still made a nice sandwich

Out of stock on most popular items. Slowest service of any subway I've been too. Just took over 30 mins for 2 footlongs. Left on the side out of the toaster for 10 mins so they were cold. Large coffees don't even fill half the cup.
My son was very happy when try Margarita slice. Food delicious. I recomend.
