Thank you to Frankie and Katie today for amazing service, drinks and cake! They took their time to serve me, felt very welcomed and didn’t feel rushed to order at all. Great teamwork and customer service. Highly recommend, best Nero based on service alone.

Quite a busy place and seating an be an issue at peak times, but all in all a good experience.4/5 stars as it did take a while to be served and some of the tables were not cleared.Food and coffee was consistent as they seem to be in this chain, but I do at times (having been a few) find some of the cakes a little dry. There was an ok range of different foods and cakes etc and the beverage was hot which was nice :-)Staff were friendly and efficient but needed a few more of them at busy times.Wheelchair friendly and has toilet facilities.Nice atmosphere for a busy shopping centre venue but at those busy times didn't feel intimate and was a little noisy, but that maybe shows its popularity.Aircon was a little cold in certain areas, but nothing uncomfortable.Would certainly go again and happy to recommend.Thank you.

Long queue to get served but same as other coffee houses. Not an attractive interior to sit back and enjoy a chat with friends.

Friendly staff fast serving.. The lady on the till bubbly and pleased it looks like she running the place and keeps the team together...Nice to see them singing while preparing the drinks.. And always with a smile..

Despite the coffee and cakes we three had, overall cost £21, being nice, we were rudely asked in front of waiting customers to pay again for an item by Natalie(?) we had already purchased. This embarrassed and upset my wife who insisted all had been paid for. The assistant went onto the till and checked all had been bought and paid for, making my wife appear to be a liar. Not good enough!

Nice place, nice coffees, good service. Crazy busy, not always a table spare. Dont like they let dogs in.

Nice layout, popular café and smiling staff. Well worth a visit when using the shops, gym, restaurants or Odeon at Thorpe Park. Huge free car park.

Barista snapped at me, in front of a long queue of customers, for helping myself to blue kitchen paper at the end of the till. I was trying to dry my daughter's hands after using the service. The barista asked loudly if she can help me- when I explained I was just after some paper to dry my daughter's hands- her exact words were "next time, ask first!". If I wasn't with my young daughter, she would have got a piece of my mind.

Long queues all times of the day/ days of the week. Nice meat free sandwich selection. Slow service. They allow dogs, which isn't ideal for me personally.

Vert busy and very untidy and messy... needed to sweep the floor under our table. Putting it diwn to jncredibly untidy customers! However counter staff were quick and really helpful.

This place is always busy but for good reason. It has a great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly.

Caffe Nero has always been my go to coffee house and my first choice when travelling for work around the UK. However, this shop has to be the worst one I have been to and sadly my local one. Over the last year its has dramatically gone down hill and is absolutely filthy. I went in today and the place was full of dogs yet again. Went to take a seat on the sofa table and it was covered in dog hairs and muddy paw prints. If I go for a relaxing coffee whilst out shopping then I don't want to be sat surrounded by dogs and in a filthy environment. It is really in need of a deep clean and management need to be stricter on allowing the amount of dogs at one time and not allow them on furniture.

It was a nice atmosphere, bustling with peope. I appreciated that table corner to sit and work in my laptop with a nice caramel latte!
