“Cosy cafe, friendly fast service. Food was lovely and fresh, with bakery bread and butchers bacon. Generous portions too! price represents the good quality and portion, if we were local we would come often. Coffee was just as good as the food.”

“Whether with family, friends or taking my granddaughter there, the staff are always friendly and attentive. The cakes are always fresh and the drinks are excellent. Occasionally I’ll have hot food and it’s always been well prepared. The cafe is always spotlessly clean and it remains amongst the nicest coffee shop / cafes at a heritage site, castle or Stately Home I’ve visited. Even when busy food is served quickly and with kindness too. I’m fussy about my food and drink and have no hesitation in giving them 5/5”
