I am compelled to write to you to detail a recent unsettling experience at your restaurant, which necessitates immediate attention and action. During a visit today what was intended to be a pleasant lunch outing for our group of 10, including children, turned into a deeply distressing incident, primarily due to the behaviour of Foyez Rahman, who identified himself as the owner.Upon our arrival, we were greeted not with the warmth and hospitality we expected but with an unmatched level of hostility from him. Our simple inquiry regarding the availability for dining was met with rudeness and condescension. He abruptly informed us that the restaurant was full and dismissively told us to “Go home.”The situation escalated from being merely unwelcoming to outright inappropriate when Feyoz Rahman not only repeated his insistence that we leave but also physically tapped both me and my wife on the shoulder in the process. This unsolicited physical contact was both shocking and entirely unacceptable, crossing the boundaries of respect and decency expected in any interaction, let alone in a hospitality setting.This conduct is alarming and represents a severe breach of the principles of hospitality, which is fundamentally about making guests feel respected and valued. The actions of him are indicative of a serious lapse in both judgment and professional behavior, raising significant concerns about management practices and the treatment of customers within your establishment.We came to the restaurant with the expectation of enjoying a friendly and welcoming dining experience. Instead, we were subjected to behavior that was not only inhospitable but also harassing. This incident has left us deeply troubled.

These guys know what they are doing!Very friendly and efficient. The food is incredible, the menu has a great range of exciting options. I have really enjoyed trying a different curry each time and have been blown away by each one.So lucky to have this on our door step!

Ordered a takeaway for 3. We are working nearby and this was rated well.We had 2 tikka masala's which tasted so bland, no flavour. 1 chicken Rogan again with no flavour or spice.Garlic naan not great.Sagg aloo had no taste.Very disappointed. This tasted like a home made curry, when you don't really know what you're doing.

We had such a lovely meal and experience here! Unsure of what to order from the menu, they talked us through everything to ensure what we chose was to our liking - which it was! Probably the best Indian starters I’ve ever had. Nice to be able to get real ale too!

We visited whilst on a family break to see what it was like. What we noticed was that, even for a Wednesday, there were lots of “bums on seats”, which is a good indication whether it’s good or not! We decided to try a takeaway the next night and we were so glad we did. The food was delicious, the portions were just right and it was very good value for money. If you’re in the area you must give it a visit. You won’t be disappointed!! Richard and Caroline
Lovely service and amazing food. We also had a baby and child with us. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely and the log burner kept us warm. Would recommend !!!!!
