Avoid Awful meal and awful customer service. Missing parts of order when called to ask the girls wasn't interested and just said they are busy.....

Never once had a problem, the food is fantastic. Good food every time and I have ordered an embarrassing amount of times.

The last four times we’ve ordered, we’ve had to chase after 1.5 hours. Being told it’s only 2 minutes away, they’ve obviously forgotten the order because it will arrive 15 minutes later piping hot. But we shouldn’t have to do this every time we order. The food is always good, but would appreciate receiving in reasonable time.

Absolutely appalling service.If you want wrong items or for that matter whole meals missed. Then this is the place for you.As a customer let alone a Regular customer i dont want to hear the same excuses for messing up the orders time and time again.Being busy should be something you can cope with as an established company!It shouldn't mean this constantly gives you the right to mess our orders up!Sick and tired of the excuses that's why I'm leaving a review. This isn't something I normally do but you get to a point of disbelief!My advice people avoid this placePot of garlic mayo ?? I don't know what you're on about I had the wrong sauce in my food. This is a constant problemNo point in ordering from you if you keep doing this. All you get is excuses that you're busy. Obviously you have upset someone else as well lol, unbelievable response to whom ever that was meant for!

Such a shame.. this place improved for a while now its gone down hill again.Don't bother complaining when these guys mess your order up they just keep your money.It might be a small amount of money but in these times of hardship every penny counts especially being disabled.I've used your establishment as I cannot cook all the time due to illness this past week I've used you twice as i have been realy sick due to my illnesses and both times the orders were messed upVery rude on the phone and no doubt you will retort on here with rudeness.It's no way to treat customers. Get the orders right and people won't complain

Nice big Donner Kebab loads of tasty meat, very good price, great service!Only missing out on a 5 star b/c still using they’re polystyrene boxes ♻️. Otherwise very good stuff, chilli sauce was just right!

Just ordered a doner wrap meal and a chicken wrap meal.Chips are burnt.No chilli sauce in the doner wrap but had it in the chicken wrap along the garlic mayo

Amazing service, delicious food, food arrived on time and still very much hot, what more could you ask for would definitely recommend you try.

Our order was late, we were told it would be 40 minutes, but when we rang to see where it was after that time, they said the driver had just left. The chips and burger were nearly cold, both had obviously been reheated. This happened once before but we decided to give them another chance. I wouldn't have given any stars but you have to give at least 1.Won't be using them again.
