Shocking beyond belief. Ordered a double decedance pizza and there was a smidgen of cheese in the middle, lifted 5 slices and eventually found it, the garlic bread was more bread than topping. Went back in and was not even offered it to be remade just "ok have a refund" absolutely rude. Asked for a manager's email or area manager to be told "I'm the assistant manager there's nobody else, go online if you want to complain" Absolutely disgusting.

wins the crown for worst customer service of any takeaway pizza place in the local area, if you can go to papa john's or pizza hut ?
These idiots manage to send an advert to my house every single week, but can't stretch to following that up with a pizza if I actually want one.And, in yet another mind-numbing display of stupidity, the website has recently updated to claim they are happy to deliver to properties that are:- in exactly the same postcode as me (and all surrounding postcodes)- in exactly the same development as me- 15 metres from my front door- still under construction, and therefore little more than a pile of muddy bricksAll attempts to explain this to the restaurant and D's central office have been met with a gormless stare. I had hoped a simple diagram with coloured lines would help explain the madness of the situation, but so far no dice.Nobody this astonishingly thick should be anywhere near other people's food - avoid.

Wanted to order a vegan lunchtime special which we have done before in calne and they refused to do it in Corsham one saying we had to pay Full price :-(

Missing item from delivery, tried to call but they won’t answer, been trying for an hour! Understand they might be very busy but an hour of trying to call is extreme.Very upset daughter who ended up having to have something else for her treat Saturday dinner.

Couldn’t get through to Report items missing. After 1 hour of trying to call we gave up and made alternative dinner arrangements for our daughter, she was more than upset. Very disappointed, all they needed to do was answer the phone, they were quick to take our order in the first place though and take payment!!

I recently had a terrible experience with another well-known pizza service which made me really appreciate Dominos... so wanted to leave this good review.Always had a great experience with our local branch, tastes great and they never lie and try to deliver if they don't have enough staff to do it properly/ on time (unlike other services I've tried). For example, they've recently stopped delivering to my address but I'd rather that (and just drive to collect my food) than they lie and leave me waiting for hours on end for an inevitably cold pizza.I also love the online ordering system and Dom the delivery tracker.
