When the food here is good, its great. However, it is a little inconsistent with 2 out of 5 visits being underwhelming. One having far too much excess oil, and the other with heavily overcooked fish and chips. Price wise it's reasonable when they get it right. The customer service is always excellent.

I like this place but they could learn to have food on the drainer before a while longer as sometimes the food can be holding too much oil.The food is very good though and that would be my only gripe so to speak.If they get that right I would give them 10/10

Best Chippy in Corsham, ok there are only 2, but this 1 is the best by far. been there several times and always hot tasty and properly cooked, you cant ask for more

Excellent crispy fish and delicious chips . Absolutely fresh and held their texture in spite of a fifteen minute drive. Youngest child said he could not manage such a large piece of fish which mysteriously disappeared in spite of his comments. Big smiles all round.
Service is amazing, both times I've been, food looks and tastes really good, but both times whole family have had diarrhea, and I have been sick, such a shame,

We had a reservation at a local Indian but no table was forthcoming after 15 minutes waiting so we gave up and came here. Service was very friendly and food was better than most other chippies I've been to. The Codmother saved our evening from being a dismal failure!
