Went for tea, wine and cocktails! Great service by Beth and located in gorgeous and well kept grounds. Loved that the fire was lit so we enjoyed a really cosy afternoon. Will be back.

Stayed for 1 night bed and breakfast. Room was lovely. Clean, well equipped beautiful bathroom and fluffy towels. Been in around 1 hour. Room was very cold. Radiator was not working. Reported to reception. Very promptly delivered a small heater but was not powerful enough and foom was still very cold. Called reception again and they found us another room again very quickly. This room was also immaculate and luxuriously decorated and furnished. Don't like showers in baths with shower curtains but this is personal choice. Hot and powerful but awkward. Tiles very slippery when got out. Perhaps change for non slip tiles on bath exit area?Breakfast was lovely. Good choice for first and second course. Served quickly and hot. Very attentive staff.Overall very impressed with hotel and especially with how our problem with initial room was dealt with.Thank you Beechwood Hotel

Valentine's set dinner menu was excellent, beautiful setting and atmosphere and the staff were lovely. Hope to go back for lunch to see it in daytime.

Gorgeous place, great service, thank you for making our moving weekend that bit more relaxing!Walkability: Unfortunately, you can't walk down the A road from Melksham, but taxis are available.

For a Valentine Day's invitation dinner, the room was very sombre (dark grey walls and dark tables without tablecloths). Though service was very courteous, and the cooking good, it was by no means adventurous (fish & mash essentially) and overpriced at £100 for two.
