Do not ever order from here food was stone cold staff are rude and unhelful. £25 order, couldn't eat it and apparently couldn't get it changed as “they issued it to a third party” absolutely shocking.

What is wrong with the fries in the Melksham branch or am I just unlucky. Is there a problem with the equipment? I go to ANY other branch and fries are always hot and crispy. I go to Melksham branch and I have NEVER had decent fries there. Go to to the drive thru and test them immediately. Always luke warm and taste hard or chewey. Tonight they were the same but were also undercooked so hard in the middle. Do they prepare fries here and just leave them under a food warmer for ages because that's what they taste like. It was busy there at 5ish tonight so thought it would be safe to go back. Food turnover would be high and would get fresh fries. WRONG! NEVER a problem with any of the burgers, just your fries are AWFUL. I repeat I have never had decent fries here. Please sort it out.

The food was good, but not excellent, a little wait even though there were only a few people waiting, but the drive through was busy and there were a few telephone orders that were made. As a preference I prefer the branches that appear to give priority to the visiting customersParking: Parking is not normally a McDonald's strong point but a number of branches manage the space well and parking availability can be very good, the parking availability was okay here

oh, where do i start. The food, stupendous, the service was world class, like dining at a michelin star restaurant.Our server, Caner Atazelik, was top tier. Deserves a raise if you ask me. Caner went above and beyond in every department. i needed a new straw, he went and grabbed me one. He refused the £20 tip we offered, shows a modest and generous he is. What a brilliant young lad. His parents at alpha taxis must be so proud. If you ask me, he deserves a raise or some kind of appreciation.Caner, we love you. Thank you for your service Signed,Jake.

No idea why I went here, knew the food was going to be utter cra p. Burger looked like someone had stamped on it. Its mcdonalds at the end of the day, everything what's wrong with fast food is located here, least you know what you're getting...

The food is generally OK, but I felt sorry for the food delivery person as he was stood at the counter waiting for his delivery, while his bagged up food was sat on a shelf behind the counter while staff were walking past it, and didn't give it to him for ages, so probably got cold. I worked in a McDonalds part time while at school years ago, and we used to be told to keep it clean, such as often mopping the floor, but not like now with also the Chippenham branch, as the floor feels dangerously slippery with grease.

Never reviewed fast food outlets before but felt it was important to recognise the hardworking staff on this visit. Food was as to be expected and no complaints, delivered to out table swiftly and with a smile. Always good coffee and no issue with Coke Zero. Staff were brilliant, friendly and welcoming and ensuring the place was kept clean and tidy, when customers left without clearing their tray and debris, the two staff working on the shop floor promptly cleared it away and disinfected the table, no grumbles at all ( I was grumpy at the lack of consideration from the customers !!) Lovely to see staff interacting with children and reassuring a mum who apologised for her son leaving a bit of a mess with his food. The staff member simply reassured her he could clear it. We ordered too many deserts by accident and the staff server noted our surprise to see 3 rather than 2. He offered to refund us without any hesitation, we opted to eat all 3 though!!!! Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Well done to all the staff on Thursday
