The best hit chocolate in Salisbury.

Used to be a very good coffee shop but seems to be dropping in quality. Coffee quality has dropped to the extent it’s not enjoyable to drink.

Pompous idiot on the tills pre noon telling me to move when colleague had placed tray on counter for my coffee she was preparing which I couldn't get to because of him moving people andctraDon't go, not being treated like a child at schoolNever again

Best coffee in Salisbury. Convenient, in city centre, near bus stops. Very friendly staff and customers. Always clean. Plenty seating, whether on ground floor, where you can watch shoppers and traffic pass by, or upstairs with some alcoves if you want a private chat. Free WiFi. No one rushes so you can sit and relax. Suitable for disabled, with down stairs loos and limited blue badge spaces opposite.

Went in on Saturday just looking for a quick coffee before meeting with friends. I think we must’ve been there for 5 minutes and we were shouted at by the barista to move out of the way so that other customers could leave. Firstly, we moved even though we weren’t the last customer in line blocking the door, so not only was it actually not our doing that the door was being blocked but the last customer didn’t move, meaning we lost our place in the queue. Despite this, we still decided to wait until our moving apparently wasn’t enough for this barista and he proceeded to shout at us again that we were blocking the door. Completely lost our appetite after that, maybe if he hadn’t embarrassed us loudly in front of the whole coffee shop, decided to complain about us to the customer he was serving, then we might’ve considered staying but we didn’t want to give our business to an establishment that treats willing customers like that over such a small misunderstanding.

Service is a bit slow and floors/tables often grubby. Coffee is nice, but can take a long time to get served.

I have always visited Cafe Nero coffee shops and enjoyed the coffee, however the Salisbury store is the most filthy establishment I’ve ever set foot it - how it’s still open I have no idea. You will need a TB shot if you ever grace the toilets. The whole place looks like it never gets more than a quick wipe down. There is clearly a lack of management or care by the staff that work there. There is also always something broken, dishwasher, ice machine, plumbing, flood - the excuses are relentless. My health insurance offers a weekly coffee voucher and this is my local store, but honestly I’d rather pay these days and go elsewhere. The staff that work there don’t seem to care how slow they serve coffee as long as they are sharing the latest bit of gossip.Come on cafe Nero - this outlet is letting a good coffee store down badly.

Rob and Nat in Salisbury delivered the same great coffee and service I get at every Neros I’ve ever been in… wouldn’t get my daily caffeine fix anywhere else!
