Not impressed. I used to really enjoy subway, but the Salisbury branch need to get a grip. The bread I had was stale, so when toasted fell apart and lacked flavour. When next in the queue I had to wait for an online order to be made. My hot food was then left on the side while they finished off the online order. The care and attention to the art of sandwich making that there used to be is totally lost, with food being haphazardly thrown together. No warmth from the staff, and the cost has increased by about 30% since they introduced their new menu format. Won't be going back.

Although the person was wearing gloves he kept rubbing his arms all over the bread when he was reaching in for fillings. If you like a bit of skin and arm hair in your steak and cheese this is the place for you. No hygiene standards when clearing old tables. Dirty food cleared from table after being left and bare hand used to wipe the foody bits off the table without a cloth or spray and then went straight to making someone's food...

So busy serving Deliveroo that you can wait up to 15 minutes before you are acknowledged. It reminds me to save time and money to make a ham sandwich at home. Avoid at all costs.
