Disappointed - service was terrible. Young guy repeatedly wiping his nose whilst handling food. Slow service during very quiet time, sandwich cold and fillings minimal (despite asking for a better amount). Friend ordered some cheese bites in addition to her sandwich which were cold and not cooked properly, we complained to the two staff working there who were on their phones and couldn’t have cared less. No apologies or attempts to improve their service.

Ordered through the app for collectuon - was missing 4 ingredients, including the cheese and a paid extra. Was basically a single tortilla wrap stuffed with meat and sauce only. Tidworth branch is mich better.

Always used this one, but past 2 times, same young lad served me. Never changing his gloves after scratching his nether region, always " yeah, sozzzz, run outta that... (onion, corn, lettuce yada yada) Goes to the cash till.... "nah, its not scanning (app) so a bit tough, innit" The girls are phenomenal, the lad... yeah, needs a whole lot of training and a personality transplant! What s rude guy! Sub always sad and unappetising when he has built them. Please please, put the ladies on the service more, he's literally dreadful!

Paige and Charlie are very friendly and so helpful not only towards me but the customers too. They go out of their way to help and give alot of respect and time to people who need it. Both paige and Charlie Work so hard they both deserve a medal. Paige always has a beautiful smile on her face and Charlie is so cheerful ?

Pit stop on journey home from holiday. Food was ok but they were getting us to pay before fully ordering. There was a Greg’s and Burger King in same place which was good for our group of 2 families. However, the toilets and main reason for our stop, were dire. The smell of wee greets you long before you reach the cubicles. No toilet seat in one of the only 3 ladies toilets. No working hand dryer - just soggy blue paper on a chain to wipe hands dry. Ok if you’re desperate but otherwise you might want to drive on to the next services.

The place was busy, so I'll give the staff credit for handling that well. The man that was putting the subs in to be toasted was so polite and went the extra mile. However, the girl he was working with really let him down, I asked her for lettuce out of the fresher container, considering the lettuce that was already open looked like the absoloute dregs and was looking pretty defeated. She told me she wasn't opening that one until the lettuce was gone. Don't get me wrong, if that's the way it is, then that's the way it is, but don't come across with an attitude to me because you don't like your job. She's also happily willing to stand there in front of customers and wipe away the sweat from her face while claiming it'll be "the death of me this will". Pretty mank overall

Just went to subway with my family including a 18mts baby. Wanting some food. Web site says closes 8pm. We arrived 7.20pm. Was told that the young was not going to serve anymore absolutely disgusting service from this place. Subway need to look at there staff terrible

Really great service!Staff member (146) was friendly, chatty and made a great sandwich! Initially, there was no staff so had to wait before someone came to the front. Other than that it's excellent!

As subway goes this was fine, however I feel like subway have changed their menu options and prices since I last visited. Didn't feel so value for money anymore

One star for being open.Place was filthy, very low stock, no vegetarian food available either hot or cold but wouldn't have eaten or drank there after seeing the inside. Husband bought a coffee.Vegetarian options: No food available for non meat eaters.

Worst subway experience I’ve had. Been here twice now and staff don’t seem to care about how long you wait before being served (with or without a queue) or even how your food is prepped. I believe this really needs looking into.
