Cafes in Trowbridge

“Tried this place for the first time, cappuccino was perfect, I had the salmon and dill panini and salad which was very tasty and well presented, I also tried the salmon and spinach quiche which was succulent and full of flavour, the service was great, I will definitely be going here again!!”

“Relatively quiet pedestrian street off the main drag that offers a very efficient clean and excellent vfm service. The staff are pleasant, communicative, knowledgeable and quick. A simple bacon sandwich and a flat white coffee arrived hot, tasty and with no fuss or fluster. Most importantly the sauce bottles (even at lunchtime) we’re clean and crud-free. Next time we visit Trowbridge we will have lunch here and try some of the delicious cakes on offer.”

“Every single lady working here is hard working and work as a great team. You can just tell with the extreme work load on a full on Saturday and they are friendly and helpful despite the amount of orders coming through. The food was fantastic and came very quickly. The organization of it all is testament to the way it's all managed also with everyone working hard to provide a fantastic service. Best service and breakfast for a long time for me.Thank you Boswell's and the staff ?”

“My friend and I have been visiting Coffee#1 in Trowbridge for nearly a couple of months to plan an art project. We have sat and watched, talked, listened, drawn ideas, and planned what’s needed, with some decent coffee and tasty cakes (the cheesecakes and cinnamon buns are good). I love the big windows through which we have watched Trowbridge’s people walk by, and our changeable West of England weather show all its different shades of light and texture with sunshine, blue sky, cloud, wind and rain. The staff are smiley, friendly and helpful. It’s a good place.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level. Hard floors.”

“Long walk from the front door to the back right, via the escalator. This makes it inconvenient before or after shopping. Atmosphere? Loud, jarring, but the fit and finish is fair, if not boring. Though the food is a shadow of itself, the staff are lovely and caring towards customers. I've never seen it busy, nor does it service the locals as a place to eat an evening meal. When it was at the front, it was very busy, a hub for workers, locals, and the elderly to have a meal. Now it's largely forgotten. Yet another Tesco miss step, making rather a lot of those lately, almost like they just don't have a clue.”
