In one word … APPALLING !! Please don’t waste your time and especially your money visiting this awful establishment.. A total lack of customer service (and they won’t accept discount vouchers either).. I would advise anyone to go to another eating establishment and feel like a valued and respected customer Thank you Frankie and Benny’s for a terrible evening

One word for this food / service - HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!! (We ordered via deliveroo) There was a main pasta dish missing and 2 x kids drinks. We rang the restaurant and were told that ‘oh yes your pasta is here; just do a refund on deliveroo online’ we asked if they could just send out the pasta dish, because one of the family had no food (and we had just arrived to our lodge so had no other hot food available) and were told no, sorry we don’t have a driver available, so you will just have to sort a refund. They then had the audacity to blame deliveroo!!!!!!!!! We were then told when asked about the kids drinks , that they were out of stock - but this was not made clear online and if we hadn’t have queried it, the items would have just been ‘missing’ from the order. To top it off, the food we received was cold!!!! Absolutely disgusted by the customer service and lack of empathy - WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!!!

We were travel 3 hours from Oxford to visit the family and they took us to Frankie’s. The service was absolutely lovely! Girls were so nice to me and my kids! They have done everything to meet our expectations. All of the sudden the manager walked in, shouting at them and clearly stressed them out and since then our experience were way different. He was waking around with his pen on him and being rude to his own stuff. We had a nice food and again - staff was brilliant but overall was not great experience because of it.

When we think about celebrations in Frank and Bennys, is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, my sirlon steak was very nice . Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10

Me and my partner went out for dinner as a late birthday dinner and the food there was excellent. I had the bbq platter and everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. My partner had the bbq chicken burger and she loved it. We even had some room for cocktails as it was 2 for 1 on cocktails. The price range was amazing especially for what you get.

Lovely staff, excellent breakfast recommendation from the manager which was the breakfast stacker! Was something new to me as I've not had breakfast here before and it was a perfect choice and for good value! Highly recommend popping in! 10/10

Awesome food, fab staff, fab wine!..our waitress Ana was very polite and helpful person. Lovely food, my congratulations to the Chef and the rest of the staff! Very enjoyable meal, friendly & helpful staff. I wish to thank everyone involved in the preparation and presentation of our meal on Thursday evening.I will definitely coming back again.
What I will say, very friendly staff and a clean restaurant.The burger wasn't "hot", felt like it had been cooked and left for 10 minutes before serving. It tasted greasy as if it had been deep fried. We ordered the garlic bread starter and after finishing the plate was covered in oil; it was as if Jamie Oliver was in the kitchen!I shall not be going back, I'd even rate Wetherspoons over Frankie & Benny's.

Food was bland, burnt and just slung on plates. Family members including me were ill most of the night. I am guessing the chef was a young lad/girl with no kitchen experience. Burnt burger and cold chips cost 13.99 . Our bill was 142 and certainly not worth it. Would not recommend.
