Customer service is OK just feels a little rushed like your a number rather than a customer.Ordered a sausage roll and steak pie both were warm (not hot)Tables were not clean and rubbish left on tables i understand these places get busy but staff should be on the ready to clean tablesWheelchair accessibility: Flat ground that leads to automatic doors does feel quite cramped if you had a wheelchair in this place

Spiced Pumpkin and Nutmeg latte advertised as new on the menu.... So I ordered expecting something like the picture that was on the display...... At the end it didn't look anything like the picture and they explained that they didn't have any cream in the store..... I asked if they were going to discount the price as I'd only got part of the order.... they refused so I switched the order to regular lattes so they had to throw away what they just made...... This is very poor customer service. You can't accept an order, make it and then deliver it partly made....You should explain if you run out of cream before you place the order. It's a really poor show now.

Terrible customer service, clearly dont know how to treat customers as me and 2 of my mates went here to eat then as soon as we finish eating we are told to leave. The workers behind the till were very rude telling us not to look at stuff before we buy and blatantly treating us by the way we are dressed and look

Great place to pick up your favourite bakes and sandwiches. Great Vegetarian and Vegan variety.Does get quite busy at lunch time. Good value for money.
