This is our local Nando’s and we always find it pretty decent to be honest Staff are generally nice and helpful and the food is normally good Compared to many others I’ve been too this is a good one IMO

Service was very slow, despite a lot of staff there and the restaurant not being particularly full. Food, when it arrived was fine, although the chicken was slightly dry, in part because it had been left out on the pass for maybe five minutes.

Nando's is great at the best of times, but trowbridge is particularly good! Perfect, free parking! Directly next to a cinema! Spacious interior! But! It's all about the food! 100% awesome and!!!!!! Really really healthy! A fabulous option if you want to eat out but not eat junk! The staff are the crowning glory! Really attentive but not lurking! They didn't make us wait too long for food and all in all this is our go to place whenever we're eating in this town!Parking: We always park right outside and its free for 3 hours

Only have Nandos when our daughter comes to stay. Can honestly say we've never had a bad one. Always lovely food, fab service and nice atmosphere in the Trowbridge restaurant. A lovely member of staff Tash took the time to have a chat with us and gave us a free custard tart. Much appreciated ? thank you ?

Only Nando's I've been to that has a bouncer outside, but that's less to do with Nando's and more to do with Trowbridge. Luckily the inside doesn't feel like Trowbridge at all. Find yourself magically transported to a place where food is actually good and yet it's still reasonably priced. Nice.Parking: There's not a huge number of spaces in the adjacent car park, but it's free for two hours, and over the road is a grot-tastic but utterly free multi-storey

We were escorted to a table and the waiter said we could order through the online order system or go up to the till to order. Our card would not pay using the online order system, so we ordered at the till. The food came quickly and was good. We had an issue with a small part of the meal. We mentioned this and it was rectified immediately. Good customer service and on the whole a great meal.

Terrific experience! We stopped here for a late meal and were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by super friendly staff and the service continued to be great. We highly recommend this location.

I would really appreciate an update before an email is sent off…The food is good. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were lovely. There’s just one individual that ruined the entire experience for us. This was a few months back, as I didn’t want to get any member of staff in trouble that have no reason to be.I’m not going to name this person, but I can describe him as a rather large man with ruby-dyed hair. He is apparently one of the managers, but acted like a completely unbothered, uncaring person. A rather rude personality, and after asking the person behind the till, he’s apparently not a very nice - competent person to work with. You can’t just take any person and label them “manager” they must be competent, and I’m afraid this person was not. As a manager myself, I am APPALLED.Very dissatisfied with our experience, and I would strongly advise how you manage your staff. This is NOT the way.

Came in for a meal a few weeks back. We had a lovely meal. The food was great, bottomless drinks are a great addition to the menu. Management seems lacking I must add. I believe a little training could be a good thing for the management…

Visited the Trowbridge restaurant as we were unable able to get a seat at the Addlestone Nandos earlier in the week. We were surprised by how busy the car park was. We were fortunate to get a table for our family of 6 without a wait, but soon after, the place was buzzing. It seems like THE place to be, for people young and old. It really has a great vibe about it. The only downside was that the noise levels became so great that normal conversation was neigh on impossible within our group, so a star deducted. The food was, however, incredible, the staff were superb and we really loved the decor. Would definitely return if we revisit the area,I wish restaurant designers would please consider acoustic treatments in their next schemes.
