I dined with 3 female friends in September 2023 for my birthday. Such a warm welcome and it was a nice surprise that our table had been decorated with balloons and confetti. The decor was simple but it still felt cosy and intimate. Our server was such a warm, friendly lady and nothing was too much trouble. All of our food was freshly cooked, piping hot and delicious! The Tiramasu is the BEST that I’ve eaten, perfection! Rich, light and creamy and a very generous portion. Well worth the money!

Ordered takeaway, money taken, order cancelled 16 minutes later with no reason Web site is live, orders are live, tried to phone and the phone number is not recognised Guess you’re shut, as no reply to your text chat either which promises a reply within 5 minutes Now waiting up to 5 days for £100 refund P poor performance all round If you’re shut DON’T TAKE THE ORDER!!! Avoid

Happy to support local businesses so went here. It’s not a “posh” restaurant, more like a family run place. The food was cheaper than most pub restaurants but I think I made a mistake ordering a steak in an Italian restaurant as it was very thin and gristly, but not bad enough to complain about at the time. Will probably come back but will stick to pasta next time.

We ordered food from their takeaway menu worth £84.30 only for the order to be cancelled with no explanation after they had taken the payment. We received a message to say the refund would be paid back within a few hours but a day later still no refund. This is very bad customer service as this was the money I had saved to treat my family and because I didn’t get it back I was unable to do so. I do not understand how a business can take a payment for something they couldn’t provide and then expect me to wait days to get it back!!! I will never be using this business again and advise people not to order food as it seems they can’t provide the service they offer and you will have to wait to get your money back and it’s pointless ringing them as they don’t answer their phones either !!!

Booked last minute, and arrived at 7pm...nice atmosphere good food, we both had starters an antipasto and whitebait, with a bottle of wine, followed by steak and a basil/herb chicken. In truth service good, food was fine, nothing outstanding until we got the bill 91 pounds!!! I actually live near Bath..and have never to this day even in Bath city centre paid more than 80 pounds for a meal. So if you have the money...ok but to be honest not good enough value, didn't really match up to this cost..

Absolutely terrible service, have waited almost 3 hours for food. Called the restaurant multiple times and they turned their phone off. Answered once after and they were so rude. Told me at least it wouldn’t be cold… food finally came and the quality was awful too. £14 for a carbonara squished in a plastic container. Won’t be ordering from there again

Lovely welcome, excellent meals and service. My wife had tomato soup, Lasagna and cheesecake. All delicious. I had meatballs in tomato sauce, penned arriabate and tiramisu. Equally good. Tha ks Alma and Eduardo for a most enjoyable meal.
