I used to consult for restaurant FOH in the US, and I was deeply impressed with the service provided last night. It was a busy Friday and there was a wait, but the brisk, efficient, friendly staff made you feel that things would move along quickly -and they did. Everyone was switched-on and communicating with each other. When we left every member of staff waved us off. We left feeling very positive (and well fed) by the whole experience!

What an absolutely fantastic experience, never visited before, there's ample parking and all the restaurants here are on ground level so it's easy to get around. Wagamamas was incredibly busy when we called and eventually had to wait around 35 minutes to get seated at a table, I would definitely recommend that if you're thinking of going perhaps be better off ringing and booking a table first. Would I go again? In a heart beat I would.
