Pleasantly surprised considering every other restaurant we've tried at CP has been awful.Great selection of starters, mozzarella sticks, meatballs, Nach-olis and Gnocchi were delicious, really flavoured and hot!Mains were good, nothing too special, served hot and tasted good.The robot cat waiters were a great addition.

We came here for a 21st birthday dinner on Saturday, Jane was our waitress. Our friendship group normally get over looked as we are younger however, she made us feel so welcome and gave me some of the best service I have had in a long time. Thank you Jane!!!

We really enjoyed our time at the restaurant while staying at Centre Parcs. The waitress Jane was particularly helpful, friendly and smiley. She helped to make our visit even more pleasurable. The food was tasty and the kids menu especially good

The food was ok, but lacked the delicious taste you look for when paying for food out. Comparing to previous visits to this restaurant and other Bella Italias, I think it has gone down in quality and remained high in price. The bruschetta lacked pepper seasoning and no fresh basil, you had to pay extra to add mozerella. The pasta was less than luke warm and quite plain. The servers were lovely.If they could improve the quality and flavours of the food then I would be happy paying the current prices.

Gnocchi bites to start. They were so very plain and not nice..could buy better from Tesco. Partner got mozzarella dough balls and these were the highlight of the meal. The mains weren't BAD as such but not good. I'd say edible is the best way to describe them. My partner also found A HAIR in his food! Carbonara was lots of pasta compared to other ingredients and it tasted very plain. My partners dish was plain too (a different pasta) and I recall having a plain pasta last year too. For dessert we had banoffee dessert pizza which was not good! Everything was just average or below and we could've made it at home. Definitely not worth the £80+ bill!!! Drinks nice though.

We had an excellent meal this week during our winter wonderland stay. The restaurant was very busy so we were expecting some wait times, but I have to say our waiter for super efficient and really took care of us. He was very helpful with a meal that had some dietary requirements. All our food was delicious; we had starters, mains and puddings. The bottle of wine was very nice as well. The robot servers they are are superb: saves so much time for the staff and your food arrives quickly and hot! We weren’t rushed at all despite the restaurant being fully booked, so we spent a very pleasurable 2.5 hours eating and drinking. A lovely experience on the last evening of our winter wonderland break.
