Quick service but food not great - burger bap very dried out and bland.Location is in serious need of a refurb/knocking down and starting again as it appears to be lost in the 80s - very tired and dark with worn out/ripped furniture - also poor standard of cleanliness.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat and to use the toilet. Basic services, toilets weren't in the best condition...A little more expensive, but that's usually accepted at Services these days.Other than that it was O.k...

Drinks machines seem to be on the fritz a lot lately, which is a shame. But other than that, it's clean, and service is relatively quick.
Stopped off en route and popped into Burger King just for coffees. Brilliant service from one of the staff, a young lad, sorry didn't get his name ..he did have a name tag on. Really friendly, helpful, he sorted out what we needed and checked that we were all ok. When he wasn't helping customers he was out keeping the place clean and tidy. He is a real asset to your team

I've always preferred BK over McDonald's!!But this one and the in Woking that was the last 2 I went in the Coca-Cola machine was broken again!!! The Burger I had the meet was so thinNot thick and juicy like thay used to be!!!?In Austria thay are still nice Burger's like thay used to be year's ago. The quality has gone down hill and I hope it changes back to the quality I remember when I was younger!!I've Been living in Austria for the last 10 years so the change in the products was noticeable if you products slowly people won't notice? But they Do!!! "bring back the quality it used to be"

No icecreams, no milkshakes, no halloumi burger, kiosk said you had hot choc available but when i went to collect the order I had to pick something else as it wasn't available. Why be open if you have a significant number of items missing from your menu with no notice telling the customers that overflowing bins, tiny tables, door left open on a really rainy day.
