I went into Warminster Costa this morning. Tyler was on his own serving as the only other person was on her break. He was fantastic!!!! He was very calm and so polite to all the customers even though it was busy. He was under pressure, but he worked so quickly. We were really impressed. He really is an asset to the company and deserves some recognition.

Very slow service apparently due to a massive click and collect order which takes priority..., two people working over the busy lunch time period. Coffee #1 is much nicer...

Don't waste Ur money coffee no 1 instead . Even paint peeling of walls out of date food . Say no more except flies in food etc

Slow service took almost a hour for 2 hot chocolate and a babychino lost our order and it wasn’t even busy just 2 staff members on. Our order wasn’t the only one that to wait almost a hour. No frappes on either

Went with my partner on Saturday, ordered a drink to stay in and they served to take away because they close in 25 min, we sat in a table and at 17.43pm they invited us to leave the store because they are closed, when they close clearly at 6 pm. Disappointed with the service.
