I was very disappointed with my pizza from Load Streat. The base looked, and tasted like it was bought in, it certainly wasn't freshly made dough.After seeing such positive reviews I tried the place a second time in the hope that it was just a bad one off experience, unfortunately it wasn't and I won't be ordering from here again.

Quick service for a pizza place, the food was delicious and it looked clean inside which is always what you want for someone you're receiving food from. And plenty of options!

After 4 years living local we finally found a place that serves our favourite food - kebabs and they certainly didn’t disappoint they were absolutely delicious so much so I returned again tonight and bought the same that I bought last night my only critic which is minor is your menu stated lamb shish in naan when both nights it’s actually been in a tortilla wrap maybe your menu should be altered but it was still delicious we will be backParking: Limited parking

Always had lovely food from here can't knock that but what a p #&£k the bloke behind counter is,I came in with my dog there was one other customer in he talked to me about my dog for a good 15 mimz then he said u ordered n I thought no so I proceeded to ask the man taking orders that I only wanted a kebab burger which he replied there's none ready I said I been here 15 minutes you havnt even asked my order baring in mind there's no other customers apart from the one who was talking to me,I then said surely there would have been some ready if you would of asked what I wanted to order to begin with he just blatenly ignored me I said you know what forget it I don't want nothing off someone as rude n obnoxious as the pr*"k serving,shame as it's nice food but what a t*'t serving,Monday 10th April at half past 8 so whichever man was serving then I would get rid of before he loses more customers as I will refuse to go there as a regular in the future

Delicious pizza and garlic bread! Really fresh and tasty. Amazing quality. Great, friendly delivery and customer service is fantastic. When I recently ordered twice in error and was charged twice the delivery staff and staff at Load Streat kept in regular contact to resolve the issue and ensure that I was not out of pocket for the double order. We will continue to use time and again. Fantastic food and service!

Food is great but unfortunately the girl on the front desk is so arrogant almost like I'm putting her out she is letting the place down she needs a serious talking too especially when take aways are a luxury now the lads cooking are amazing tho .

Top knot has an attitude and no customer service, which doesn't reflect the girl and other gent, wait times for a pizza over 40mins as takeout, would give higher score but ruined by staff attitude by 1 member of staff
Pizza and chips have always been great every time that we have ordered here. Only criticism I have is that it can be very hard to get through on the phone sometimes to order. Can't really fault them too much for that though, it's obviously a popular place.

Dont have a piccie of the food cos it hit the bin - reheated chicken of course that was denied but i have been eating since i was a child and know when stuff aint fresh and im not the only one - sad cos the week before it was - but dont pass on last nights left overs to me

Took forever and pizza was under cooked was kind of gross was not happy at all made me vomit the taste of cheap tomato purée with the unmelted cheese was enough to make anyone not want to eat pizza for weeks I was absolutely sickened.even the cheese fries was diabolical to think such a easy fast food as cheese fries could not be done how they aren’t shut down is beyond me

Ordered pizza's and the Bewdley large kebabs last night for delivery we are stopping at hopleys campingsite service excellent and the food excellent you must try the Bewdley special kebab if your a good eater ???
