6 of us Visited the Harbour Inn today for Mothers Day Sunday lunch. The food was fantastic. Proper homemade and lots of it. Friendly staff in a traditional pub. Salted caramel cheese cake with a side of custard was amazing. It’s the future! We’re going again!

Saw an advert yesterday for two steak and chips meals and a bottle of wine for £30 on Wednesday, so decided to take advantage. We were extremely pleased, it was superb steak, cooked to perfection and amazing value for money. The staff were very friendly too, we’ll definitely be back!

Wednesday is Steak night, 2 x 8oz Ribeye and bottle of wine for £30. My rare steak was tender and lovely. Chips, mushrooms, Tom's and salad. Really good value,

The Harbour Inn had opened up the kitchen one lunchtime specially for a group of walkers. We only had a choice of 3 main courses ( cobs available as well) but they all looked good and at £10.00 was very good value. I had Shropshire ham with double egg, chips and peas. A generous amount of tasty ham which had a honey and mustard glaze.

Awesome pub, next to the river, bouncy castle for kids. The best Sunday dinner.

I just had a couple of beers HPA - very nice reasonably priced. Jim one of the regulars filled me in on all the locals. If you are looking for a real ale pub for a afternoon out worth a look. They have a different tribute band on Sundays. A big beer garden behind the pub. If you want to spend less than a tenner it is cash only. Pubs like this deserve supporting.Parking: In the summer you can park on the grass behind the pub which is a bit lower down after the main pub car park. If that is full the alternative is the further down still in a paid car park £3

Went for lunch, and it has to be said that We definitely (WILL NOT) be returning. On arrival it didn't feel welcoming, staff were not very helpful at all, No information regarding menus etc, sat in the bar and it was very noticeable that the staff were very unprofessional, just stood around chit chatting with each other, but what did it for us, we were watching the Young man stood by the Ice Cream service area, secretly puffing on his Vape, and worst of all putting his hand down the front of his trousers, You know who you are, you dirty man, and bet to didn't even was your hands, I wonder if the management even know what goes on. Definitely will not be returning, and definitely not expecting a reply, but disgraceful.
