Honestly the most greasy disgusting food I ever had in my life. I had food poisoning and spent long time on the toilet. This restaurant should be closed down. Why they are still in business poisoning people?

Genuinely the most disgusting Chinese takeaway I've ever had.Sweet & Sour sauce wasn't sweet at all, just pure sour. The mixed balls were absolutely caked in grease and soggy, and the pork was raw! Chicken & Cashew Nut was slimy. Egg fried rice was so so bland.The only good thing about this meal were the prawn crackers.

Ordered online. Came to £21.10. Though when order came with the menu. It worked out £16.80!. To be delivered to Evesham too. Surely delivery wouldn't have come £4..Got given BBQ sauce instead of Cantonese too.Soggy chips and rice lacked taste.

First time ordering from here and so glad I did, had friends round for the weekend who enjoyed the meal too. Few dishes we had was super tasty, crispy beef, salt & pepper chicken, mix curry, king prawn chow mein, prawn toast. Will definitely come back and try other dishes too.

I have been using Chungs for approx 21/22 years now. Worked in the railway and we got all the contractors meals from here. We have never had a bad meal, maybe two wrong orders (only where they forgot pancakes for duck but swiftly delivered them) Quite shocked at the bad reviews. I mean over 20 years of great food from this place personally. They even hand delivered me a leaflet to say they were back open during the pandemic. Lovely people and great food.

We decided to use chungs for the first time. Delivery was good and cost. Then the food came and the duck was average. The whole meal was cold, bland and very fatty. The chicken was pink and for that reason i decided to call the restaurant. I am not usually one to complain but because of the undercooked meat i thought it be best to say something. I asked for a refund, but did say to leave the duck because again that was ok! The manager came on the phone and was very rude and abrupt, refusing to refund the ribs although they were also disgusting. I was willing to hold off on this review but because he just couldn't meet me in the middle and it was on his terms i stated i would still be leaving this regardless. From a £30 order they refunded me £10, £10 of which we ate none of the food except the duck and are sat here still hungry. My argument was why would i willingly call up and offer there food back to them in exchange for a refund if i was lying about it ??♀️ Needless to say i wont be going back there and i will never recommend them to anyone. Not a very nice experience and whatever happen to customer service. Thumbs down from us. ??
