Visitinfg on holiday from Canada. We needed directions to supermarket for groceries, so stopped in for a coffee break. Parking was easy . Restaurant cheerful and clean. Coffee good. Tia was a great help in service but also took the trouble to write down directions for us. All staff were good but Tia deserves an extra pat on the back. Thank you.

Lovely staff. Internet is patchy so can’t work there (which is a shame). This costa has a lovely atmosphere and is usually not too busy. Probably because the internet is bad. ?

Stopped off for a coffee on the way to Stow on the Wold. Great find as this is a modern smart Costa with friendly staff. Clean toilets as well and empty EV chargers.

The fat controller (Danielle) refused to serve drinks to myself and my son because we were driving trikes. A trike is not a motorcycle it is driven under a car licence. They don't have any signs saying no motorcycles , no pushbike or no trikes through the drive through. All there is, is a height restriction. I wanted both of there names so I could ring head office and the one girl was wearing a false badge which wasn't even her name apparently. The fat controller (Danielle the manager was one nasty horrible creature) and I do wish her nothing but karma.I DO BELIEVE IN KARMA. Apparently she even called the police on me wasting police recourses by calling 999. I was no threat what so ever and all I wanted was there pictures to send to head office. I will be back for those pictures in my car this time when there least expecting me. Its not a crime to photograph anything I can see. So ladies keep smiling for the camera I will be back

Tried to visit tonight to get a couple of cups of tea to take away. Checked app before I visited and shows opening time until 8pm. It is currently 7-20pm as I write this review. They were closed by 7pm and looked as though they had been closed for a while. I saw at least 4 vehicles driving in expecting them to be open. The app shows they should still be open, but opening hours on the door shows they close at 7pm, so either the app is wrong or they have decided they can't be bothered and want to go home early. They often shut earlier than 7pm and just put a note on the door to say shut due to staffing issues (which has happened numerous times in the past). Don't expect this Costa to be open, so might be worth saving your time and go somewhere else. Date of visit: August 2023

My daughter & I like to regularly go here, the staff are so friendly & attentive, the food fresh & hot, & delicious hot chocolates, clean & friendly with a peaceful atmosphere, highly recommend

We stopped to charge our car, great instavolt fast chargers. Costa food fine, but there is no mobile reception at all and no WiFi. (Despite advertised free WiFi on door). Annoying as can't keep track of charge or plan next part of the route.

Young girl behind the counter with pink hair very rude and messes around doesn’t look good mess my order up and when we got it, it was cold ordered three coffees and half empty won’t be coming back up I think you need to change some staff members putting the business to shame

You can alway get a fantastic coffee when visiting costa in Evesham everyone is so nice and attentive , Sophie is cool nothing is to much trouble
