Went there unplanned just turned up no booking required...had a big black and blue burger with fries and was sooo good! Would definately reccomend to anyone that likes good food and the feel of an old school american diner

Filthy glasses both mine and my sons had lip stick around the rims. Not the first time either. Fries, we’ll what can I say. You’ve probably heard of triple cooked fries, these were half dozen cooked fries. My sons had the hotdogs both of which were cremated on either end. The cobs were dripping wet. I used one as a tooth pick. We were there one hour, the cook who was on view to the paying public spend 90% of her time whist we were there on her phone. Hence the crap food. This place has gone downhill, never used to be like this. Hence 1 out of 10

Despite new menu the food portions were small. Discount code from the Franky and Benny app was useful. But the serving staff were inattentive, spending time at the bar with their backs turned to customers. The floor was dirty, nobody sweeping up mess from previous diners. The waitress held a glass around the top using four fingers , so what ever was in her hands was on the rim we drunk from. Paid extra for sweet potato fries and portion was small. Coleslaw was small. One good thing was being asked about food allergies as the first question. Service was slow and there were only about six people in the place. Menu has recently updated but the decor is still the same after ( 10?) Years . Overall disappointing

I come to this F&Bs frequently and have done for a number of years now.We've always found the service great and its nice to see that the same faces have been here for years. Food is always tasty and hot :)

Fab service from Toni, very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely, hot and didn't have to wait long. Very clean and nice toilets. Over all a good experience and would definitely go again.

Great anniversary dinner for the wife. Our server, Verity was fantastic (very quick service, friendly and appeared to be the only server actually doing the work!)

National Burger Day, buy a drink and get a free burger! Amazing! 3 cokes and 3 burgers for about £3.50. Staff as friendly and welcoming as usual.
