What do you want me to say? Egon Ronay never managed to visit so unfortunately it never got a 5 star rating. There was no maitre d to greet us, and no table service. The wine list was somewhat limited too.

Popped in for lunch today as we don't usually shop in morrisons. Utterly disappointed. We had to order from a touch screen which is simple enough but I'd prefer ordering from a person. Placed our order and didn't realise that we had to get out tea as we thought it would arrive with the meal. On finding that out I went to get our tea and the one we ordered and paid for was out of stock. ( Yorkshire tea) While making the tea the teapots look unclean, the coffee station looks like it needs a good clean. Oh and that was half empty. The trolly that was by the side was filthy its a wonder the wheels actually turned due to the grime. Also we had to eat in our coats has it was freezing cold and no heating on. Them to top it all off, when our meals came out. (Fish,chips and mushy peas) the mushy peas were cold and the chips just warm. The only reason I gave it one star is because the staff were pleasant and helpful when I asked for hot mushy peas. For a store like Morrisons with supposedly high quality they certainly didn't deliver. I won't be returning anytime soon if at all that's for sure.

Went for breakfast yesterday £5:99 for a full breakfast asked for brown sauce was told I can only have one sachet should have asked for my money back Will not be going back

The only reason I have given two stars is because the staff are so friendly and polite. No toasted tea cakes available for weeks, dirty cutlery with old mushy peas over them, hot chocolate had ran out in the machine and average tasting food.

I ordered a breakfast with extra eggs, bacon and chips and i only got one egg instead with burnt chips. All this cost £10.55 but it wasn’t a value for money. Pity i had requested no receipt before the order came, would not recommend at all

Two full English breakfast with teas , one crumpet. £12. Good value. Breakfast was large and cooked well. Three sausages on each. Reccomended

Two all day breakfasts - half of it was cold, the toast was burnt and you only get one measly portion of butter for it. The place was filthy and when I asked the lady if someone could wipe the table she looked at me like I’d asked her to lick it clean herself! Was expecting cheap and cheerful but it wasn’t very cheap and it certainly wasn’t cheerful. Won’t be returning!

I brought 2 coffees earlier,put each cup under a different machine,the one machine slightly overfilled so drank some out to take over to table.Coffee was cold,so was the other cup.So asked waitress if it was normally at this temperature, thinking she would say there was something wrong with the machine. But said no one else had commented. But that I could pour another one,or put some hot water in out of the machine.Decided to try again,but still as cold as previous cups,hot water didn't seem very warm.and also diluted coffee.The machines need to be checked for its temperature as surely can't right to serve as it is.Definitely spoiled our visit. I then saw someone I know in the shop,and happened to mention about the coffee,she said the coffee is always cold,and doesn't bother going in to the cafe anymore, as its awful.
