If I could give this place 0 that’s exactly what they would get, 3 times I’ve ordered delivery from them and my food has been wrong and 1 or 2 hours late and once I ordered at 5pm and I called them at 6 to ask where my food was for them to say their driver called in sick so they will send my food when somebody else comes in at 8pm of which I received my food at 9pm in the end. Today I have gone to collect to see if it’s different, my food didn’t have peri salt on which I paid for on all meals and my chilli cheese bites weren’t even cooked through and when I called they said they would replace the chips next time as they are closing. They were absolutely rude! But then took my number and text me asking for my full address to send new food after I said I would be giving a bad review.I absolutely love the food when it is right but I will not be ordering again!

i put an order in and waited for it to be delivered an hour later the food had been cancelled and they said the money would be refunded so i rang them 4 times and no one answered not very good if your running a business like

Omg! Absolutely disgusting treatment from this business. The owner claimed he is the cleaner to get out of a dispute on a 2 hour wait for delivery. Their very lucky they serve good food.. that's the only reason they're still in business. Tip- just inform people of a realistic delivery time.. most people are understanding if you keep them informed!

Usually really nice food but we have just waited nearly 2 hours for delivery during their opening hours. Rang the restaurant to be told the driver had already left, contacted the driver and he was still around 10minutes away (still not recieved food whilst writing this!) That means the food left the resturant at least 20 minutes ago and will probably be cold when it arrives! Partner is waiting to leave for work and its already half an hour past the estimated delivery time! Hangry would be an understatment!

Frangos it’s Evesham’s best takeaway by far…. The chicken and rice box meal I normal order tastes amazing and the wings among the best I’ve had!!!! Staff are always friendly. Definitely recommend!

They Never open at mentioned opening hours. Travelled 6 miles to find out they were close at 3:30pm on Wednesday. Not interested to try food anymore as false advertisement shows their dedication to their business.
