“Went for lunch yesterday with my wife, very friendly welcome by Lexi who found us a table near the air con ( at my wife’s request) . I ordered the sirloin steak ( medium) with tripled cooked chips that came with half a grilled tomato , peas and mushrooms. Steak was cooked to perfection, hats off to the chef. My wife had lasagne with the tripled cooked chips cooked chips and sticky toffee pudding and custard for pudding. No complaints from her which is a compliment in itself :-). I was driving so only had one pint but from the quality of the pint you can tell they look after their beer. Clean and crisp Peroni with lovely lacing in the glass. Nothing was too much trouble for Lexi who was waiting multiple tables and still had time to check in on us and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. All in all a lovely lunchtime experience and we would definitely visit again.”
