The new manager is fantastic. What a breath of fresh air brought to the cafe. The staff are very friendly and always welcoming, making you feel like they actually want a chat rather than for the sake of it. The prices are average and as you would expect from a cafe. Yet to sample any food however the cakes are delicious. Can't wait to become a regular.

Called in for a bacon bap whilst working nearby, absolutely delicious, the bacon was excellent quality and cooked to perfection will definitely be coming again. Thank you

Absolutely gross. Called in to get two bacon sandwiches to takeaway. Ketchup tasted like watery vinegar, bacon fatty and undercooked despite asking for crispy bacon, bread soggy. The chef was stood out the front smoking and stroking a dog. The cafe looks tired and the menu needs updating. We have had breakfast in here before and the full english tends to be good, but won't be returning until we hear that things have changed in this cafe and cleanliness improved. Opening times are all over the place too.

Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast for our group of 10 after an early morning jog around Colwall. Traditional and Vegetarian options of full English both good and excellent coffee.

Thanks Café Morso for providing tasty tea cakes speedily so we could eat them before our train was due. And thanks too for refreshing my tea later when the train was really quite late. Both much appreciated!

The cook is poor to middling and came and berated another customer because the existing manager is leaving. Really unprofessional. His personal hygiene is questionable as he feeds dogs, pets them, wipes his hands on his apron and then handles cakes without tongs. The cook also smokes outside the cafe door. The interior and furniture are tired with chairs having wobbly legs and the tables being constantly sticky. The food rating sticker (currently at a 3) is not currently displayed. What I will say is that Sophie (the current manager) is wonderful. She makes a great coffee, interacts well with the customers and will be much missed by us regulars.

Lovely cafe, need to update the pricing board instead of having a little sign.....not good

We called in for a coffee at a particularly busy time. The young girl serving was rushed off her feet but still pleasant. Coffee was okay and the shop had a lovely atmosphere. Dog friendly which is always a bonus. The toilet was looking a little tired and in need of a good deep clean (dog hair around the floor).

Told a 25 minute wait for food due to take outs. So ordered tea and cake. Both were very disappointing. The tea was tasteless and both cakes dry and far too sweet. The loo needed a good clean.

Called in here at approximately 10am one morning this week. Placed my order and paid for hot drink and breakfast at the counter and headed to the loo to spend a penny. The state of the bathroom frankly put me off my food. This is way more than an hour or two’s worth of dirt. Absolutely horrible.
