Had a kfc chicken meal last night and it was shocking,this kidderminster branch should get worst kfc medal in the midlands if the country reall poor....

Ordered a KFC via just eat . Were advised order was being prepared and driver was at restaurant at 9pm . 10pm arrived and no food. Nobody answers phones or provides updates your just left hungry to chase a refund . Don't bother using them

I hadn’t been to the kfc in Kidderminster for 2 months as I love to go for my cappuccino but the machine hasn’t been working so I haven’t been.So today at 10.40am on Tuesday 17th October ,I decided to go, so I asked for a wrap of the day meal with a cappuccino. The women told me it was cash only as the card machine was still down.The women had put it through the till, five minutes after I was then told the cappuccino machine isn’t working AGAIN , they offered me water or soft drinks instead , I said I don’t like soft drinks or water with my meal or I would of just had wrap or the day. The manager came and asked me what the problem was, I said there was no problem just that the coffee machine is not working and I ordered a cappuccino.He then asked me if I wanted a soft drink or water and and I explained to the manager I already said this to the women that I didn’t want that . And if I was told at the start that there was no cappuccino ,I would have just had a wrap of the day on its own for £1.99. The manager then said to me “you are not loosing out on a drink anyway because it’s the meal is the same price if you wasn’t to have a drink”I corrected him and said I the drink comes with the meal and is included. Im the end manager then deducted the cappuccino from the bill and the chips and charged me for the wrap and gave me the fries for free. After eating my meal I then went to get some serviettes , however the front counter had no supply’s of tissues of salt ,so I was was about to ask the women for some serviettes and she rudely comments saying “ are you back for your cappuccino now are you”? This experience made me feel like I was unwanted and not respected so I won’t be returning to this kfc again. I visit the kfc on Cheltenham golden valley , I have amazing 5 star meals every-time and the service is incredible , I am a huge kfc fan, it’s just disappointing how the Kidderminster store can’t match this service. I had to go to mc doanlds to get a cappuccino in the end

We used the drive through KFC, ordered food and asked for a receipt. When we got home (3miles) the chips were cold and under cooked. My wife had popcorn chicken as part of her meal, (which had 8pieces) Mine had 19. And we didn’t get the receipt we asked for. This isn’t the first time we have had substandard food and disappointed experience. It seems they can never get reliable staff. I called the branch to complain there was no answer, so I left a message, let’s see if anybody at KFC takes notice of Tripadvisor comments and can actually improve this local branch. William

Went on sat evening 2 Sep at 8:30pm. Waited forever for the drive through so gave up and went inside. Massive wait . Not very busy. No good cooked and took them ages to process the orders. Definitely cannot be called a fast food restaurant!

I wish there was a zero I could give this KFC. Waiting an hour, one excuse after the next, from disinterested staff who just feel the app orders aren't their problem. Wish we could've got a refund and gone home. 100% validates my argument that there's nothing good about " fast food". Still haven't got our food!!!

Member of staff Rude on drive through got food home at 8 pices of chichen raw that I bit in to chips were hot and frozen in middle drinks like soda water now on toilet for 4 hours crapping

Service is so slow! Been here several times now but still the same after weeks! Don’t know what’s going on but it’s appalling!

Food is always terrible here which is surprising from a franchise where you have expectations of a certain standard. Service is slower than it would be to slaughter my own chicken and hand pluck it before guessing at the spices to coat it in.

Really poor service. It's run by kids, no one to complain to a managers not here. Went up to the front to tell them food was missing to be told do i look bothered whilst playing on his one. I gave it a while and went back last night to find the drive thru was closed the kiosk was closed. Went inside all the self services had out of order and when I placed my order and my son's which was a twister meal and mine was a zinger meal I payed about 21 quid which I'm sure wrong. I went to kiosk to be told they don't have anyone who can help plus yet again food was missing. I won't be using this store ever again. What also annoyed me was groups of kids sitting swearing and lunging over tables not even purchasing anything and nothing was done.several people complained.

I am writing this review because i want to tell you about an amazing employee who served me. They deserve recommendations and gave me 5 star service. Their name is Shaniqua williams and they helped me to work the machine so i could order my meal. They also gave me excellent service and were very polite. I hope she gets told about this as she is clearly an amazing and hard-working employee. You are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

Ordered through Uber on several occasions items always missing from order!!! Decided to go and order in store once again items missing from box meals once arrived home How hard is it to follow a order on a screen Tried to phone on more than one occasion nobody picks up the phone Personally I think you really need to train your staff They are at work for you not there to have a jolly with their mates Lucky for u you are the only one in the area Won’t rush back

Queued up for 40 minutes in the drive thru. Only 4 cars in front of us. Paid for order and was then left sitting for 10-15 minutes, then told that hot wings were just finishing and would be ready in a couple of minutes. 5-10 minutes later was told to go and park up! 10 mins later ŵent in to find out what was going on, asked if there was a major problem as it had taken so long, was told they have to cook the chicken, with pretty much a shrug to say “so what!” Got home and far from being just cooked chicken it was lukewarm at best. All went in the bin. Emailed KFC uk, heard nothing, contacted the store via Facebook, no response. A truly awful experience from a truly awful kfc.

I visited this KFC at 3.25pm on a Saturday afternoon. There were a number of children and teenager's misbehaving inside and outside the building. I was in the drive through queue for 20 minutes. As I was eating 3 police cars with blue lights flashing arrived at the KFC some police officers went inside and the others began dealing with the unruly children outside. The police had not come to collect a takeaway. When I arrived home. I found the KFC chicken to be inedible.the chicken was overcooked and the coating was dark brown and extremely salty. I won't be going to this KFC ever again.
