My husband popped in for a cup of tea, whilst waiting for me. He was so pleased with the lovely friendly staff and even a Christmas card and chocolate. He said "They can't have made a profit from me", but next time we visit Kidderminster we'll be sure to pop in for something to eat as well. Good Luck to you and Merry Christmas.

I visited Lucy's for breakfast as, just having arrived to visit family from Australia, I didn't get chance to shop the previous day.I wanted to find a family run business instead of using the multi-national cafe chains or supermarket cafes.Lucy's did not disappoint. The food was great quality and the service welcoming. I enjoyed simply refueling while soaking up the atmosphere and Yam Yam accent I miss so much. Thanks for a great breakfast Lucy. I may visit again while I'm in town.

Very nice cosy cafe. Food is good quality and good portions, the staff are very friendly, adapting and professional. Fresh tea, coffee and orange juice etc no corners cut top ingredients and good quality.

Was disappointed when we realised we was missing a coffee that cost over £4 then to top it off the big breakfast had a hair in it and soup was like water, presentation shocking just chucked in the boxes. got a refund for the coffee off Uber eats, won't be ordering from here again spent nearly £40 to be disappointed. It's a shame because they have had so many good reviews.

Favourite for a quick coffee and also a lovely full English breakfast. Food is tasty, cooked really well and Lucy is a great host.Much better than the big corporate coffee shops in Kidderminster, some atmosphere and personality to the place.

Passable breakfast, but basic, low quality ingredients and quite a slow service.

Wow what a find we came to kidderminster for the day and stumbled across this little coffee shop...The food is lovely really tasty and freshly cooked ...I had tea and my partner had coffee he said it was one of the nicest coffees he had tasted . The lady who owns it is so friendly we had a lovely chat even though she was obviously busy she still took time out to speak to us .

Lovely find, not your usual offering, done with style and politeness, unusual these days in the "mate" culture. Nicely presented. Highly recomemded.

My sister and I visited here for lunch we regularly meet in kidderminster and this will be our go to place in future. Bacon and cheese panini to die for and the Lavatti coffee (one of my faves) is on sale here. Great service friendly welcome and polite staff these girls are making a real go of the place a d deserve to be supported.

I was desperate for a jacket potato and delighted to spot through the window that they had them on the menu. They also offer gluten free sandwiches options which is good. My husband had the bumper breakfast, which he felt was amazing value for money. He also had a latte which he said is the best he’s had in a long time!
