Absolutely useless if your using a delivery service, food is cooked and prepared way to early and is placed on the side in a bag...no heat lamps to keep food warm. Have ordered from them several times and food is stone cold!!

This mcdonald's is disappointing. I ordered a chicken big mac but got a normal one. My elderly father also ordered the same as me and got a normal big mac. In the end we couldn't be bothered to back since we lived quite far away so we gave it to the dogs (even they didn't like it) if your new to kiddy I wouldn't bother going

Pretty sure a toddler with an alacarte kitchen could follow simple instructions that apparently staff here can't!Every single time the order is either missing items or order notes and allergen advice not followed.Its so easy for the "manager" to pass the buck back to Uber and say ask them for a refund, but that's not feeding the hungry bellies that have been waiting an hour for dinner is it!Then you have the rigmarole of Uber, "please provide evidence of the missing items" and ...... ? Um ok let me just send you a photo of an empty bag, or my kids face cause he's hangry!!Basically what I'm saying is however much hassle you think it is to just bang some beans on toast on for a quick dinner it's far more worth it than paying £50+ for some soggy fries and a flavourless milkshake!

Quite busy when we go through the drive-through. not much parking available outside, especially when waiting for food from drive-through. order correct most times, although the Coke has a funny aftertaste to it.

we did the drive thru ordered, got home with the meal it was mac chicken fries, [when counted sixteen fries in total ] slightly more in other container no salad or mayonnaise with chicken bun, just plain bun, chocolate milkshake quarter full same with other strawberry shake, this place is run by children who have not got a clue, Mcdonalds are getting away with ripping the public off big time, PLEASE PLEASE GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH better still go to the expensive chip shop at least you know your no being ripped off by this rich empire...
I ordered online and the driver rung me back to find my address not speaking a word of English and I was missing 2 bbq sauces from my order, Mc Donald's is just going downhill for me, the staff just don't care when they prepare your burgers. Look at the photos display and look at what they give you. A total mess all just thrown in.

This place is horrendous not only is the food overpriced we ordered 5 chicken selects meal costing £7.50, the 5 chicken selects contained only 3 chicken selects, is costs £2 extra for 2 more chicken selects and it didn’t even come with it ridiculous place should be shut down or people should be getting sacked for not doing their job properly!

My expectations were extremely low. The grandchildren insisted. I was assisted by a young member of the crew, who added all we required on the self-service ordering board. The tables were clean with proper chairs with backs for us old uns. The food and drink arrived, it was hot, well cooked and tasty. There was no waste the children ate everything. It was busy, but chatty, everyone happy. I'm totally impressed.
