Lovely service from manager, Walid, when entering the hotel. We arrived early and were offered hot drinks and savoury snacks while we waited for our room. Very accommodating.

Great hotel in Kidderminster. A big thank you to Will and Abbie for going above and beyond and providing exceptional service. Their attention to detail and thoughtful care made our stay especially enjoyable.

A comfortable hotel in a central location. The only negative is the car parking arrangements, I have stayed here before and trying to feed the machine while being rained on is no fun at all. But that isn't the hotels fault if course, it's the tightwads at wyre council.

Worst premier inn going lack of food in the so called restaurant if you did not like curry which is not the best and pasta you only got fish n chips left end off breakfast was ok had to wait for stuff to be done glad only 1 night normally if overnight for work its 4-5 nights we had meal deal poor selection as above ended up going out for food by the way no bar its bottled beer only 330ml better one about 5 mile outside kidderminster stay there

Great place to stay. Restaurant not the best. But great staff.

Lovely rooms, friendly staff. Only down side is very poor menu - and - oddly - incredibly slow lifts that make you wonder if you should hit the emergency button ?

An unusual conversion of what I believe was an old mill into a hotel. The reception and catering are on the top floor with the accommodation on two lower floors. Room was up to standard and I appreciated the tea/coffee making kit as it was wet and gloomy over my stay. The evening food menu was not very wide but my pizza was perfectly fine. The Continental breakfast was very good. The only downside for me was the peculiar car parking arrangements. The entrance to the hotel is basically in a pay and display car park so I had to feed a meter with 90 minutes credit in the afternoon and skedaddle early in the morning to avoid paying any more! For once probably best to be a pedestrian.Noteworthy details: A very striking building and in my view a clever conversion.

Ideally located (for me). It's different from the normal Premier Inn, located in a historic building with nice features remaining inside, a break from the normal rooms in a box.Staff were very pleasant although a little pushed in the evening, two staff members running check in, drinks, food service and the kitchen together, made for a slightly slow service but done with a smile which made the wait bearable.Evening menu was basic but sufficient for me and clearly aimed at minimal staff being able to deliver it.Overall a nice stay. I will use again if I am in the area again.

Great hotel in a fab location. Hotel is located in a shopping mall so fab for some bargains. Despite this the hotel was very quiet. Plenty of parking but you do have to pay. Room was as expected, clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast in their new on site restaurant was good and plentiful.
