If you want coffee in the 8-9am period don’t expect it quickly, made the mistake of parking and ordering inside.Unfortunately there were only two staff, both working diligently - no complaints about them - but they seem to favour taking drive through orders.Waited 5 minutes to have order taken ( no queue in front of me for orders) and then further 10 minutes to get drink.I know it’s a very first world problem - waiting 15 minutes for a £4 coffee but they need 3 staff on for morning rush hour at least.

Sign says it opens at 7am, yet when we arrived at 20 past 7 the staff inside just looked at us like we were doing something utterly unthinkable by trying to come in 20 minutes after opening time. We waited for a minute assuming that they would eventually open the door, but unfortunately all we got was a dismissive wave from the rude member of staff. They didn’t even bother to come to to the door to explain, apologise or clarify…. Bloody awful service.

Took my two kids into this starcrooks on 30/9/23 at about 1pm. The place was empty with 5 members of staff messing around. The tables were filthy and full of left overs from previous customers. The floor was also filthy and covered in food debris. One young female member of staff was pretty rude when I asked if my last beverage was ready yet, " I don't know, someone else should be making it. I work on the till not the drinks ". Then walked off...... I will NOT be returning.

Place was quite untidy and dirty. Almost every table was dirty with used cups etc. 3 staff members and only 2 customers in so no particularly good reason for the untidiness. I've noticed lots of other people saying the same thing and nothing has changed so I won't be going back.

Ran out of Maple and Caramel Syrup. No clean plate for cake. Service was awful. So slow. Wait over 10 minutes despite being the only customers waiting and 3 members of staff on. Staff were more concerned about the online orders coming. No apology for slowness. I had to ask for milk for the tea. The store was dirty. Tables needed wiping and cups collecting. Not what I'm used to when using Starbucks. Only saving grace was the cakes tasted amazing.
