First time I ordered my subway for collection to save few minutes of my lunch break only to be told that they haven’t prepared my order yet because the collection didn’t print out. It was not too busy so I didn’t mind waiting in the end. Second time I ordered sandwich for collection, went to subway to collect and turned out only wasted half of my lunch break as they closed the store and hang the note on the door saying they’re sorry but it’s closed. I pre-paid for my order so now trying to get my money back. Will never come to this place again.

I was over charged for my sub, when I spoke to the guy who put the transaction through the day after he claimed I had a bottle.I went no where near the fridge. He is now going to review the cctv bad experience

Great for a quick stop and a bite to eat! He helped us and was very generous with our order. Could do enough for us. Asked for a big order and was more than happy didn’t batter an eye lid. Look out for Kal Verdi… he’s the top dog and the man behind the machine!

Ordered from here many times, I unfortunately ordered from the Coventry street subway by mistake when I called to complain, Kal explained it wasn’t them but went above and beyond to help me get the issue sorted when it was absolutely not his problem. To go into further details, I was struggling to contact just eat for a refund so he contacted them himself and then put them on loudspeaker to talk me through it. Subway, whatever you’re paying this man should be doubled!

Visited subway stourport road a few days back, one of the best subway stores I've been in throughout the Midlands, so good I feel that it's worthy of a review, the absolute friendliest staff and welcome service I've received and the food was top notch. Everything tasted fresh and was made to my liking as difficult of a customer as I was. So thank you Stourport road definitely above your competitors within the area.
