Really friendly staff, lovely food, especially my gluten free roll and soup. Would have given a 5 but totally disagree with dining with animals. I know it's just my opinion but I don't think it's very hygenic

A big thank you to Tom at the team at Molo lounge today.This was our second visit recently and we came back because of how accomodating they are. Being greeted and immediately being asked about whether anyone in the party has a food alergy may not be a big deal to some people but it's something we really appreciated.\\nOn both occasions they have been extremely understanding of allergy issues and with a decent range of food on the menu it has made it an enjoyable visit.

Very popular, busy, as you'd expect for a Saturday, however, the staff were very friendly and attentive and had us seated after a very short wait. Food was lovely, plenty of choice. Ideal as my nephew is vegan and my partner and I are not!

Very average. Tapas looked nice and the cocktails were good, but the food was lacking flavour. The theme was a bit strange, trying to be too many things. Overall, maybe a place to grab food whilst shopping but no good for a special occasion. Note- there's no table service, you have to order at the bar.

Went for the first time today after reading good reports on a coeliac site I'm on. Asked about allergies and ordering system in place for this. Very well catered for. Food was delicious and staff were friendly and very hard working. Definitely my 'go to' place from now on. Thank you Molo Lounge.

I went in because I had two creepy guys following me after they asked me for change. There were 2 male employees on shift, when I went in I asked if I could just stand in there for 2 minutes, the employee behind the counter asked me what was wrong and seemed quite concerned when I told him, he told me to stay for as long as I needed and a minute or so later they offered me a table to sit at whilst I waited. I didn't get to thank them because I rushed out when I saw the creepy guys go around a corner but THANK YOU so much to them both. Both made me feel very comfortable and safe! :)\\n\\nSidenote: food smelled great and the restaurant has a very good atmosphere :)

Bit disappointing as asked for a hot chocolate to be told they were out of stock. Then 2 minutes later a different table ordered with a different cashier and were able to have 3 hot chocolates. Seemed the cashier couldn’t be bothered to make a hot chocolate. Normally a really good experience but not today.

Waited ages to be seated, looked like there was not enough staff for a lunch service. Ordered on the app, which was great. I had the ham hock panini, I did have to put my glasses on to try and find the ham inside my sandwich, it was not good at all, chips had to much salt on them too. Nice atmosphere and the waiter was great. Food was quick to be served but quality poor ☹️ would have liked to score higher

Had breakfast it wasn't the best, in fact a travelodge breakfast was better. Eggs way over cooked and smothered in black pepper they had no sausage and they put coriander in the mushrooms much room for improvement

Went for my granddaughter's birthday , 7 children and 3 adults. We all had different food and different drinks but everything was served promptly and efficiently. The staff are friendly. All the food was delicious. The portions are a good size too. The decor is quirky and different. There is a lovely outside area alongside the river Stour. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
