If I could give no stars I would. We’ve used Tenny fryer for a long time but tonight they have let us down massively. It was cold and wrong but when I pointed this out I was told really rudely that it wasn’t, spoke to the owner and all they offered me was a portion of chip. Bearing in mind this was a £70 order with half of it being wrong and all of it being cold! Extremely disappointing, obviously loyalt customers mean nothing to them. I can honestly say I won’t be using them anymore.It yes you did offer for it to be delivered in a further 20mins. The guy behind the counter was really rude, and I 100% added the instructions on the order as I had someone check it for me before I placed the order. It unfortunately not the first review which mentions rude staff. I was told I had to wait 5/10 minutes for you (the manager) which I did but my food was just left on the side with no care and to get even colder, not under any heat. You’re only happy because you got to keep my £70 and the small cost of two portions of chips, when I got home tbh I threw the majority of it away as it was cold and therefore uneatable. The kids wouldnt eat any of the pizzas as they were wrong and had things they wouldn’t eat on them. Yes we have ordered from you quite a lot, that’s why I was surprised when you didn’t really want to know and couldn’t give two hoots. It just goes to show some ppl are just interested in the money side of things rather then customer stratification and looking after there regular returning customer. As for asking, not demanding, for a refund (once) I only asked that as the guy there was refusing to do anything, he only rang you because I said I wanted to talk to the manager. As for saying that I would only be happy if I walked out with all the money from the till that’s abit over the top don’t you think! Its a shame but I guess Everyone will learn the hard way. Never mind.

Just had a delivery from the tenner fryer. The fish was beautiful. They definitely don't skimp on the chips. Pie was lovely. The delivery was very good. I will definitely be ordering from there again. Well done to everyone involved in cooking them.and getting them to us nice and hot. Carol.

Hadn't used for quite some time.Driving past I decided to pop in a grab a bite to eat.The interior of the shop is a mess unkept greasy floor all in looking like its on its last legs.Staff not overly friendly and do not listen when you tell them what sauces or salad you want.The food on the other hand was lovely very hot very tasty and good value for money.But with such a choice of chip shops in the area this one is gonna be well down the list for me.Parking: Plenty of parking

Always friendly and helpful. Chips are good. Pizzas are very nice generous portionsParking: About 10 spaces no one stays long. Never a problem to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Large doors nearby, flat car park easy accessible

I live locally unlike the owner, I find it convenient but mediocre food with service that boarders on being rude, I have on several occasions had the staff walk into the back of the shop to ? As I walk in they don't seem to care if you are there and will walk off, I waited and the man looked and didn't come to serve or acknowledge me. I just walked out . I will not recommend this outlet and recommend people use the chippy on Comberton.
