A fantastic, quiet, local pub, with a breathtaking view.

Great pre birthday lunch with the family. Burger was good so was the fish and chips. Great portions and prices. Quite busy for a mid Jan Sat lunch was I always a great sign. They had Arbor on tap as well as some great cask offerings. We will be back again!

The Chase is a proper British pub with warm character. It is a brilliant stop for walkers on the Malvern Hills, with or without dogs and children. With a friendly welcome and cheery locals in the lovely bar. An array of board and parlour games will keep you there for ages, trying the interesting local beers and ciders. On a nice day the view of Herefordshire and Wales from the well-kept, sunny garden is spectacular. There is parking along the road. The loos are newly fitted and the food is really good.

Dropped in to the Chase Inn after a walk up the Malvern Hills. Lovely beer garden with views across Herefordshire. Sunday lunch was being served, and we had the hot roll option which came with roast potatoes, a choice of roast meet, and a ramikan of gravy, which was all delicious. Would definitely visit again if in the area. Dog friendly.

It's not often I'm so impressed that I rush to my keyboard to write a Trip Advisor review, but in this case, it's entirely justified. I've been visiting the Chase for years, and have always enjoyed it, but on Thursday night, 5th of October, everything was just perfect. I went with my daughter and granddaughter, and we were greeted with warm smiles and welcomes from the bar staff. (You don't get that much these days). As always, there was a gentle, relaxing and 'homely' atmosphere. I noticed they had Reverend James beer on tap - a pint from the past, and it was gorgeous! We didn't have to wait long for our meals - my daughter had a pulled pork roll, my granddaughter had scampi and chips, and I had a huge slice of home made steak and ale pie, drowning in a pool of rich, delicious gravy. The side portions of vegetables and chips were perfectly cooked and more than generous. I stole one or two scampi portions when my granddaughter wasn't looking, and they were amazing too. Suffice to say, that my wife wants to go back with me next time, to sample that steak and ale pie! Well done to the chef and staff at The Chase! Please don't ever change a thing - you've got it spot on!

Me and my husband went to the chase inn on Friday evening and had a couple of drinks in the garden we have been here before and thought while we were staying in the cottage up the road to give it another try and it never disappoints we were served by a lovely young barmaid the view in the garden is incredible we had two beef pies because they were so good on our last visit and the gravy is to die for we will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area

Every venue/ whatever starts with 5*! We had regularly visited the Chase between 2016 and 2021 when we moved away. Definitely a ****+ for us. Lovely couple running it, fabulous scenery from the patio, well kept bear and lovely food. Today, we detoured specifically to visit for old times' sake; it appears the Chase is under new management. . Welcoming friendly staff. . Still a good beer. But: the food has really gone downhill. Two issues today, first off one meal we ordered from the menu turned from bear battered scampi to backed scampi with cajun sauce on salad. We did query and the waitress admitted there was a typo on the menu and kindly offered to get some battered scampi. Not good really as the rest of us had got our meals already. secondly, and this is the really dodgy bit, the food was really bad, I'm not a picky person and have never returned a meal, they really need to employ someone who can cook. I had fish and chips, most of which were inedible due to gross overcooking of both the fish and the chips. No excuse for this, they weren't even particularly busy (maybe word has got around). Really, really disappointing meal for us all.

This place is wonderful! Great beers, great food, and even better views and atmosphere. Cannot stress enough how badly you should stop on for at least a pint.

The Chase is a traditional pub with the most fantastic beer garden in the area. I had a love ly roast pork ciabattia and a great pint of beer. The barman was knowledgable and the barmaid was pleasant. Overall a lovely experience.
