My wife and I always visit the cafe and bookshop when we come to Malvern, we always enjoy the food and the waiting staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble, the Christian bookshop is small but with a good selection of stock, if they haven't got what you want they will do their best to order it for you, many thanks to all the staff, long live Lyttleton well,

This cafe is at the edge of the priory churchyard and adjacent to the tourist information centre. There are public loos across the yard. We arrived just as they were about to close (around 2 p.m.) but were still able to get toasted sandwiches for lunch. They took a little while to arrive but came with a fairly generous garnish. The cafe is attached to a Christian bookshop but we were not preached at. There is a pleasant outdoor seating area and the cafe seems to be dog friendly.

This churches of Malvern is run by staff and volunteers in order to raise money mainly for provision of counselling for the needy. It provides food an drinks of an excellent quality at very reasonable prices and an ideal place to catch up with friends.

Went for lunch with friends , I ordered jacket potato with salad . When it arrived I noticed a hair across the salad , I showed the waitress and she took it away . She then returned with another one which had another hair all across the salad ! When I told her she said there is no hair on that !! Disgusted with her attitude I said , look I will hold it up for you ! It was about 3 “ long and grey! My party of 4 all saw this , as. Did the people on the other table ! She took away , another lady came back with the plate in hand and said do I want another or a refund ? I really could not fancy eating anything else from there so asked for a refund, she then very rudely said there is no hair on it ! Disgusted I said excuse me ! I even held it up to show the lady and everyone saw it !! I know occasionally maybe this happens but they were so rude , even when I went to get my refund not one person apologised! Shocking way to behave ! Never will I go again or ever recommend this to anyone ! Staff so rude . I know some are volunteers but really , if you don’t want to be there , get out your bad for trade ! And this is meant to be Christian run !!

My Dad and I love this friendly and welcoming cafe and always visit this cafe whenever we are in Malvern. The breakfast served here is delicious; well presented and brilliant quality ingredients. The staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this cafe to anyone visiting the area! ?

Been many time pre matinee at Theatre close by. Great ham salad with pot of tea [topped up without requesting = great service] but extra chips works out at over 3p per not too big chip. In total over £10 which had chips portion control been better would have had 5 stars.

This is a lovely little cafe, nice courtyard to sit outside. Simple menu, we had sausage baps and a ploughman’s lunch. Not fancy, presented nicely. All were delicious, quality ingredients which tasted great and a good price. The staff are super friendly. Will visit again.

We always used to go here on visits to Malvern for brunch. But recently service hasn't been great! In a half empty cafe on a Saturday morning, with 3 or 4 staff just standing around and no evidence of any cooking being sone, you are informed that it could be an hour wait for food! In the past we have ordered food and waited, and waited and waited, only to be told our order hasn't been given to the kitchen, and now there are several people infront of us! Staff who serve are always nice and friendly, just a pity that something is obviously seriously wrong here and someone needs to take a firm management hand to knock it into shape!

Delicious hand-made food by actual people in the kitchen. My husband reckons he's a connoisseur of cheese on toast and the LW's is 'epic'. I branched out and ordered a cheese & tuna toastie....ummmm yum...the cheese was on top (perfectly golden) and inside as well, served with a little salad to make you feel you're being healthy. Friendly staff, great value. Thanks v much : )

Pleasant staff & quick service. However, while sitting waiting for food I noticed that the staff had a plate of cake on the side which they were all taking pieces from to eat in between serving customers. Each of them sucking/licking their fingers after, then proceeding to carry cups & plates to people without washing their hands. Also, 2 ladies having licked their fingers uncovered a large chocolate cake, one picked up a doily & put in on the plate while the other lady picked up the whole cake with her bare hands. Hygiene surely should be something staff are taught before serving customers. I also saw one of the chefs eat something after plating up food & licking her fingers. No hand washing by any staff! Food was nice but coffee barely warm & bitter.

As ever, we got a warm welcome from the staff at this lovely cafe (even though they were only 5 mins away from closing!). When in Malvern we love to pop in here and have a slice of their delicious cakes. Thank you to all the lovely staff who work here.
